Great location 2 ensuited bedroom unit

A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Situated in a small residential community, this ground floor studio apartment enjoys a picturesque garden setting. Showcasing a smart use of space and generous interiors, this inner city bolt hole is situated down the road from Victoria Park and just one block back from the Kelvin Grove Urban Village with a plethora of cafes, shops and transport options. My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette and a queen bed. It is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Please note - There is a new building going up, whilst we are excited about this building and what it brings, there is noise between 7am and 5pm. Prices for Jun - Aug have been reduced to reflect this.
