House holiday rentals in Sun Valley

Me and my friends had an amazing time at Oleg’s place. If you need a good home in the Sun Valley area this is your spot.

Kellys house was overall lovely! Super bright and natural lighting upstairs. Nice location and only 5 minutes from main part of town. Only thing to note were the mattresses in king and queen, the beds were the stiffest/hard mattresses myself and my film crew had ever tried to sleep on. If you like sleeping on foam or anything "soft" this is not the place to book.

This was is an incredible airbnb!! Amazing for dogs & kids! (Most dog friendly place we’ve ever stayed at) Very cozy but also spacious and modern ! Gorgeous bathrooms, beautiful courtyard for dog walks, luxury private clubhouse with all the amenities listed! Host was quick to respond. Our dogs and toddler were never bored with everything it had to offer. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Emmi’s place. The location was perfect, the rooms and living spaces were spacious, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

This house is very comfortable - there is plenty of room, good outdoor space and a nice kitchen. The location is convenient to Ketchum, Sun Valley and many hiking trails.

Wendy was the perfect host and we had an amazing week at her house. The home is fully equipped with everything we could have needed. A short walk to lifts and Apples. Hot tub after skiing was delightful and we enjoyed cooking in most nights. We would love to come back!!

A comfortable, lived-in home, and a perfect space for our family plus another guest family who joined us. Lots of room, nobody felt crowded, and ample kitchen counter-space for everyone to do their thing. Ping pong and big screens and hot tub, lots to like!

Nolina's condo was lovely. There was plenty of room for two couples to spread out. We could have had a third couple. There would have been space. It was very close to Sun Valley Nordic and only a few minutes drive to the alpine mountain. It was also an easy walk into town. We can't rate the restaurants in the area, since we did all our meals in the condo's well-eqipped kitchen. Parking was not a problem for our two cars.

Hands down, one of the best Airbnb's we've every stayed in! It was extremely clean and well thought out! The level of detail for anything you could imagine needing was above and beyond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely be back when we come to the area again. Thank you for one of our best stays!

Generally a nice place within walking distance to town. It was a very short drive to the ski area parking lot, although just far enough away that you wouldn't walk with ski equipment and the bus stop was just far enough away that you probably wouldn't ride the bus. Loved that they have EV charging in a town where there aren't many options.

We loved staying in this lovely home. So many bedrooms and comfy sitting areas! The kitchen had everything we needed as we had many meals there. The location is great with being close to Sun Valley and Ketchum. And we all loved the numerous bike paths. We would definitely come again! Elaine

This was a godsend and absolute haven. Tasteful, elegant, cozy, perfect size, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Kitchen well stocked including spices. I felt so happy here, wish it was mine :). Host very responsive and helpful. So thankful for my time at Darci’s!

First and foremost Isobel and her family helped our family in a bind when the airbnb we rented a year prior cancelled on us the night before arrival. The host family was quick to communicate and get everything set up for our family of 6 (with 3 young kids) in less than 24 hours. Their home was comfortable, safe and quiet with plenty of space for all. There are so many books, enough to last a lifetime and fun to look through. Plus there were many extra linens and blankets for cold nights! They communicated with us promptly. We appreciated all the “clean” (chemical free) products and amenities. Having a jaquizzi tub right off the back door was a huge plus. We got our kids to dollar mountain for ski school in about 10 minutes and are about equal distance to Bald and downtown Ketchum as well. We are grateful to our hosts for such a great stay!

Beautiful house that had more than expected. This had to be one of the cleanest Airbnb's I have ever stayed in. from baseboards to ceiling it was spotless and the decor and style is wonderful! The beds where also very comfortable, we all slept very well. They had the snow cleared for us when we arrived. The washer and dryer was helpful to dry our ski cloths. Enough parking for our 3 cars and a block from a great coffee shop with wonderful breakfast foods! The power reclining chairs in the living room was a very welcome comfort, especially when you are sore from skiing. Hard wood floors and a dining room table for 6, it was just the right amount of space and everyone really enjoyed the house. We really enjoyed the place and we will be back. We come every year to the area.

Our stay was wonderful. The space was clean and very comfortable with many amenities. Nathan was a great host. He was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for us. We would definitely utilize this home again when back in the area.

Perfect score. One of the best AirBnb’s I’ve ever rented. The place feels like staying at your friend’s house instead of most Airbnb’s which are obviously rentals with the bare minimum of terrible decorations and cheap necessities. This house is charming and totally stocked with Nespresso, condiments, quality cooking equipment, personal items, etc. etc. It’s also immaculate and well located just outside Hailey, which I really enjoyed getting know better. The drive to Ketchum/Sun Valley was so easy for skiing every day. Carrie communicated flawlessly and was very generous. She even looked into finding locals to help with our kids. We will absolutely want to return the next time we are in town.

A stunning home with comfy beds and delicious linens! Fully stocked kitchen—and every detail we needed to know about Sun Valley was available. From the cookies to the World Cup stickers in the welcome basket, we were blown away by this beautiful home! Look forward to booking our next trip soon,

We stayed here three months over the summer and loved it. The house is very comfortable. The backyard with huge spruce trees and deck were wonderful. The house is close to the Big Wood River and Draper Preserve for beautiful walks in nature. We brought our bicycles and biked everywhere. The house is close to town (about 1 mile) for many restaurant choices. Super location. The host was very responsive to text messages, responding within minutes.

This is a charming, cozy place with a gourmet kitchen that couldn’t be better located. The free community bus stops right across the street and, despite this accessibility, this is a very quiet and private residence. The host is gracious and communicative.

Alexander is an incredible host. Super responsive and helpful. Home is extremely comfortable, cozy, and spacious. Everything you need for a relaxing trip and enough space for a large group or family. More books, games, and toys than we could ever use on our short stay. The view from the backyard is unbeatable. We really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the peaceful environment while reading and sipping an afternoon beverage. Highly recommend staying here while you’re in Ketchum. Perfect home base for any outdoor adventures. Would absolutely book again!

Colleen is an amazing host! Her home was perfect for our large group. Our group grew from two couples to four for a reunion nearby, and the place was perfect for us. The house was even better than I thought it would be, sparkling clean, well appointed, and the indoor and outdoor spaces were exactly what we needed! We didn’t end up spending a lot of time in the house after we got up because we had a full schedule of activities during the day and group dinners at night, but had we chosen to stay home and cook, instead, her home is well-outfitted for the job! We hung out as a group in their backyard between daytime and nighttime activities, and it was a nice bonus! I had the opportunity to meet Colleen and her husband while I was there, and they are truly genuine and warm people! I’m so grateful that they allowed us to stay in their home while we were in town! I hope I get the opportunity to come back. When I do, I’ll be looking to stay with Colleen, again!
