Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sun City West

Enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location in Sun City for us to visit family. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and comfortable, and Mathew was responsive and friendly.

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

This place was a lovely stay for our 6 week getaway! Very comfortable and fully furnished for all of our needs! Would definiitly stay again!

House was very nice. Had everything we needed cooking wise. Backyard and pool was nice. Pool is deeper than most which was nice, a little colder but was very enjoyable.

This house was exactly as advertised and pictured. The host was timely with responses even though they were out of town two time zones away. The property was great for our two large dogs. We reside in the PNW and I was worried about cacti and insects. The fenced back yard has a nice dog run free of plants which put my mind at ease. There is also a gate that blocks the bedrooms and bathrooms from access. This worked well when we had to run a quick errand to keep our dogs from having the whole house. Really nice place. Great host.

This place was fantastic—far better value than a hotel. It was clean and had everything we needed. Melissa was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at The Phx Bungalow! We had a few small issues but Sheynna was quick to respond and resolve. She was also kind to allow us an early check in since we arrived earlier than expected. The pool was great but I did need to clean it up a bit myself which I don't mind. I'm still giving 5 stars because she was an amazing host and the house and property were great, but I do think the backyard needs one solid day of clean up and minor repairs. I would still recommend this property for others.

I couldn’t recommend this home enough! The house looks exactly like the pictures, and was very clean. The location was very ideal. Everything was super close which was convenient. The yard was amazing and offered nice privacy. Maureen was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I’d love to come back again!!

Where to start! Amazing location! Within 15 mins of everything you could ask for. Shopping (malls and outlets), activities, and abundant restaurants. The house was exactly as listed and even had abundant supplies unlike other properties I have stayed at. Multiple dishwasher and laundry pods, ENTIRE ROLL OF TRASH BAGS, lots of towels/linens, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this property. Enough space for an entire family and supplies and activities to keep everyone happy!

Richard was amazing and very attentive. Everything was just like explained access was easy. Communication was great .I will definitely return.

Easy to find, clear instructions with the host, we only had one minor issue at check in and they resolved it very quickly. Kids enjoyed being able to get in the pool and relax.

Neveen was a great host. And the kids really enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Our stay at the home was outstanding, Chris is an awesome host that is very responsive. His home was close to everything and immaculate. The pool was perfect for the 100-degree days. The back yard was up against the Arrowhead golf course which would have been awesome if it wasn't private. I think a visitor golf package would have been perfect because there was only a hand full of golfers on the course. Perfect for a family vacation where the kids can spend all day in the pool. I would add cafe lights and spotlights to in the backyard to really make it pop. Thank you, Chris, for making our golfing vacation wonderful.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is located in a great area & is very well maintained. The perfect size for our group of 5 adults. Amanda & her team were extremely responsive & helpful with all of my questions before and during our stay. I did request for the pool’s waterfall to be turned on, & while they mentioned it might be on a timer, it never did come on during our 3-day visit. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The home itself is clean, well-stocked, & thoughtfully laid out. The AC cannot be set lower than 72 (as the temps were in the low 100's during our visit, it would've been nice to be able to lower it a degree or two) but the ceiling fans in every room help a lot! The beds were a little firm for my personal preference, but overall the home was very comfortable & had everything we needed & the garage parking is a great bonus! I have family in the area, and several of them are already asking for details so they can book this home when they visit Az!

It was a great place to stay I have nothing negative to say. If you are thinking of booking do it you won’t regret it.

Open and spacious layout, in a quiet neighborhood nice park walking distance. We were out for spring training for Padres which was 20mins away which was fine for us. We didn’t request pool heated before going but realized once there that 55deg was a bit chilly. Eric and Amy were very quick to respond and start the heater remotely and the kids were able to swim the next day. Great experience, going home relaxed.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The home was clean and comfortable with all accommodations needed. After rambling around a very busy city, it was very nice to come back to a peaceful place to relax. I would definitely recommend staying. Thank you! Carla and Tim

We loved our stay at Cheri’s place. It was perfectly described and pictured. The fresh fruit trees were amazing. After having oranges right off the tree, don’t think we can ever buy them in the grocery store again Location was very central to our activities of golf, taking in some spring training games, using the rec centres and easy to get around the city. We look forward to our next stay at Cheri’s place.

We enjoyed the house! Everything was beautifully decorated! It was so comfortable and plenty of room. The location was ideal and the back patio was so peaceful with a beautiful view of the golf course.

Highly recommend this stay, comfortable king bed, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive with any questions. Would stay here again!
