Gary was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. He even sent us some Pepsi and Chips for letting a maintenance man come install a new timer while we were there. We will be back, thanks a lot Gary❤️

We spend 4 beautiful days at The Founders Lodge for our friend’s birthday. Tee met us out front and personally gave us a tour of the house. The 2 full master suites are gorgeous! The house is absolutely beautiful with enough room to rest & relax and it was so very clean and comfortable. The wood additions to the house made it so very cozy, that we hope to come back to next year! The pool was just what we needed for the Florida summer days. We grilled out 1 night on the gas grill that was provided by the pool. We ate at The Cove Restaurant for dinner the first night and our meals were very delicious. 3 out of the 4 of us took the Airboat tour and marked it off of our bucket list! How much fun, you have to do it!! We thank Tee for her kindness and even brought my Amazon delivery to our door, what service!!! Thank you :)

The house was beautiful and clean. We are a family of 5 so we loved that our oldest had her privacy in a separate guest room with a king bed. The young two children were so comfortable sharing the double bed rooms. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The floors, bathrooms, and kitchen were all spotless. When I reached out to Rachel, she immediately responded and took care of our needs. We will definitely be back. My husband and my kids loved riding around in the golf cart. It’s something we never experienced before in any of previous stays elsewhere. Overall we had a great experience.

The home was beautiful ! The golf cart to travel was a great bonus. John was very helpful throughout the booking process even offering dining recommendations once my wife and I arrived. We cannot wait to come back and visit again !

I almost hate to wrote this because this is a hidden gem in The Villages. When people find out about this house it will always be booked. Pictures don’t do it justice. So cozy. Fantastic pool. Great TV’s. Everything so easy to use. Matt the host was incredibly attentive and truly cared that we had a good stay.

Audrey was amazingly responsive and helpful to all questions we had. The house was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the pool and game room. There is plenty of space and the property is gorgeous. Some of our family did an airboat ride and they picked us up from the backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you want peace and enjoy nature this is the place to be.

What a great place. As an airbnb host myself, I’m picky about my stays. Laurie communicated well from the moment we inquired about pets and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Even made sure we had access to bikes and kayaks. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the screened back porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. At times it was so quiet we could hear the bees buzzing outside the screen. We even enjoyed daily visits from a hummingbird. Huge laundry/storage space gave extra room to store coolers and other bulky travel items. Plenty of towels too. An all around great location. It’s our second time staying in Floral City and there are two places we always stop- Sleepy Hollow (only 1/2 mile away with great shrimp from the food truck- beer, wine and seltzers only) and the Side Bar (downtown Inverness- short drive, full bar, great staff and delicious pizza.) We’ll be back!

Great atmosphere! We rented a golf cart. It’s like 35 a day or something very nice. Make sure you download the villages app so you can get around golf carts have their own road on tunnels that get you across the highway to Publix to restaurants to gas stations like it’s really unique. All with in 3 miles of your stay and all golf cart assessable. Scott was amazing with communication!

From the moment we walked in to the house to see how immaculate it was, we felt right at home. It was very comfortable. A lot of our time was spent sitting in a large screened in patio looking out at the birds and listening to the wildlife. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The inside was new and professionally done. The coffee bar was equipped with all the fixings. Greta was wonderful to deal with. She answered our questions promptly and made our stay very pleasant. We visit the area frequently during the year and will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a cute little home in a very well maintained and quiet neighborhood, then this is perfect for you. Incredibly detailed instructions, local recommendations provided and very responsive hosts. Also, squeaky clean home. It honestly felt like a new build that not a single person had ever stayed at (yes, it’s THAT clean)!! I would 100% stay here again if in the area.

Scott’s place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could say was there was not a table to seat 4 people or a coffee table so meals/games called for a little creativity. The advantage of that was the home felt super open. I would definitely book here again. It was a wonderful stay.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and this is as BY FAR the cleanest one yet! Virginia was very quick to always respond and very kind. The house had everything we needed for a girls getaway. We really enjoyed downstairs outside. The home was cozy and we loved all of the positive sayings on the decor. We really enjoyed our stay!!! We would be happy to stay again in the future :)

If you are looking for quaint, quiet getaway, this is your place! It’s cozy and the stars at night are beautiful! The neighbors are friendly and the local restaurant, Riverside, has tasty food and live music. It is near the River, so there is kayaking, hiking, fishing and biking nearby for those adventurous travelers as well!

We can’t say enough great things about this villa and our host Eric. He was available to answer questions throughout our stay and gave great information before we arrived. Extremely helpful guide❤️ We would very much recommend this villa and the villages as a destination. So much fun. Such great people.

Cosy setting, the bar feature is a nice add on. Pool and hot tub setting really nice especially at night with the hung lighting. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Sandpiper is a beautiful home away from home. We visited the Villages to attend my father’s 85th Birthday celebration and party. The Sandpiper is beautifully decorated and the coffee station was so convenient and needed for all the family activities leading up to the party. This two bedroom property was spacious for the 6 of us and very convenient to get to the squares like Saltgrass and Brownwood and grocery stores like Publix. And once Eastport opens you’ll be right there in minutes. The manager owners were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend Sandpiper to anyone visiting the Villages.

Lori’s place is lovely. Spacious, very clean, great location. Lots of basics (!toilet paper , paper towels, spices, aluminum and plastic wrap, garbage bags) so you don’t have to worry about getting it yourself. In the middle of everything. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. No problems at check in. Very easy. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable house with everything you can use to make it a home.
