We offer for rent a two-room apartment in a business-class residential complex Xazri Residence, located on the beach in Sumgait, 35 minutes by car to the center of Baku, an hour to the airport named after Heydar Aliyev. On the territory of the complex there are children's playgrounds, a walking area, its own embankment. A swimming pool was built last year. The apartment is located on the 12th floor of a 12-storey building, panoramic windows with sea view around the perimeter. The apartment has a large living room with a kitchen and 1 bedroom.
