Anna was a fantastic host! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. One of the highlights was the sauna, and it was great that we could cool off in the pool afterward. Since we stayed in winter, we even made an ice hole for a true cold plunge experience. The location is also nice – the house is near a road, but since it’s a dead end, there’s practically no traffic, making it very peaceful. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was perfect, and we had a great time!

Apartman ma vynikajici lokalitu. Vse pobliz. Je krasny jako na fotografiich. Vse bylo perfektni i pro rodinu s malymi detmi na tydennu dovolenou. Radi se sem vratime!

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Apartament wyposażony w pełni. Świetne przygotowana strefa wypoczynkowa na zewnątrz- plac zabaw, basen, wiata grillowa. Wioska pięknie położona, dostępne są przejażdżki konne. Najbliższy sklep i restauracje w miasteczku odległym 3 km. Mieliśmy możliwość naładowania samochodu elektrycznego przy apartamencie polecamy wypoczynek w tym miejscu. dziękujemy za gościnę

Modern, small but fully equipped apartment with a comfy bed. It fits the description and photos entirely. The location is right at the heart of Jeseniky mountains, a very strategic starting point for all outdoor activities, whether it is hiking, cycling or skiing. Moreover it is well connected by public transport, both bus and train. There is also a cellar box available, very convenient for storing sports equipment. Check-in instructions are clear and it is fully flexible, which I appreciated. In summary, I had a great time in Tom's apartment, well worth the money. Highly recommended!

The stały was very nice. The building is situated near the large ski slope with diver seroutes. Room itself was very functional and clean. The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped and people who are planning to come here have a nice place to cook. I encountered an issue with receiving the key from the box near the front door. Instead of " Key pickup" you have to click " key dropoff" and then enter the code. This was a minor issue but Aleš helped me very fast.

Nasz pobyt u Lucie był w lutym 2025. Byliśmy z trójką dzieci. Bardzo ceniliśmy sobie domową atmosferę, swobodny dostęp do apartamentu (osobne wejście), bardzo duży ogród z wieloma atrakcjami dla dzieci. W apartamencie jest kominek, który super dogrzewa wieczorami. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, jest też ekspres do kawy. Gospodarz udostępniał nam dodatkowe udogodnienia na prośbę (np. suszarkę). Okolica jest dotknięta niedawnymi powodziami, ale nie stanowi to przeszkody w odpoczynku. W bardzo bliskiej odległości jest wiele stoków narciarskich, także dla początkujących.

V apartmánu bylo veškeré vybavení, které bychom mohli potřebovat. Moc hezky a vkusně zařízený interiér včetně pohodlných postelí… takže jsem i s problémovými zády a po náročném dni stráveném na lyžích vstávala odpočatá a zregenerovaná. Moc děkujeme.

Náš pobyt byl úžasný od příjezdu, uvítal nás příjemný a vstřícný pán, provedl nás domem, doporučil nějaké aktivity a místa, velice se nám pobyt líbil, nádherný dům, plně vybavený v klidné lokalitě, ideální místo kde strávit klidný víkend či více dní, nemáme co vytknout a můžeme dům MASØN jen a pouze doporučit.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben eine Woche über Weihnachten in der Unterkunft verbracht. Besonders gefreut hat uns bei der Ankunft, das wir als Überraschung sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum in unserer Hütte vorfanden. Unser Check-in hat sich leider verzögert, weil wir eine Panne mit unserem Auto hatten. Aber trotzdem hat alles geklappt. Ivan hat uns am nächsten Morgen sogar geholfen eine Werkstatt zu finden, wo wir noch am selben Tag Hilfe bekommen haben. Er ist ein hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.
