The building is located about 4F high There are no tall buildings around, so you don't have to worry about people's eyes, and you can see Wakaura Bay in the distance with a good view. Birds make you forget the crowded days. This is an ocean view unit on the most ocean side of the building called Gem base in Suma. (Room No.1) During the summer beach season (July and August), the beach house and the BBQ restaurant next door are open, so it gets busy until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the large lawn terrace facing the sea on the premises♪ (please use the electric griddle hot plate and extension cord provided in the room.No charcoal available) The neighborhood is a windsurfing shop, so you can rent a sup, have a windsurfing school, or try a marine sport!(Reservation required) 4-minute walk from Suma Station along the beach!

From there, you can see the Seto Inland Sea and, depending on the season, watch the sunset. The moment I entered the house, I liked it at first sight, as it conveyed the feeling that the former owner enjoyed using it. The owner was selling the house because they no longer used it, and I spent about two years carefully renovating it myself. While maintaining the original qualities of the building, it was carefully renovated to suit the modern travel style.
