Cottage holiday rentals in Summit Lake

We have stayed at many guest homes and this place was charming. Very clean-exactly what you could expect in northern Wisconsin. On a lovely lake, quiet. The home was extremely clean and very had many amenities that made it feel like a north woods experience,

We had a wonderful time here - clean, very comfortable. The hot tub is well maintained. We appreciated the comfy beds and linens. On a small motorless lake that supports a pair of loons. Bonus for recycling and emphasizing catch and release fishing on the lake

Nina's place was phenomenal. The natural beauty of the area was unmatched, and the amenities provided for anything you could want in a cabin get away. Would highly recommend!

I stayed this past weekend for a funeral. And I’d come back! Granted, I’m from Kingsford so I know the area. But this place is a little jewel. They even had a fire pit, with pre cut wood. What a thoughtful amenity! The host was responsive/ property clean. Everything an Airbnb should be. Kudos! 🙌🏻👍🏻 All said, a couple of minor small observations. -Dust the dining room chairs, especially the rails. (I inspected hotel rooms for 20+ yrs.). ☺️🤷‍♂️ -That sliding door didn’t instill confidence. -An electronic lock with a code would be awesome. -T-mobile internet. ($55 per mth). This place was amazing!!! My kids loved it and asked to book it already for next year. Amazing view and house. Best we have stayed at yet. Dawn was amazing and very informative.

We loved our stay at Jeff's place. the wood stove was so cozy, the furniture very comfortable, and really reliable wifi that I was even able to work from there. Even the lake was still ice, the view was beautiful from the sun room. We will definitely come back!

This is such a cozy and beautiful spot. The lake was so relaxing and enjoyed the call of the loons and saw eagles. Close to the Ice Age Trail for some excellent hiking. We would love to come back.

We had an awesome time at this place! Great private lake with calm water and a sandy bottom, perfect for small kids. The living room and kitchen area was very pretty and peaceful with those big windows. Carrie was very responsive to every single question we had and was very flexible with us. Overall just a wonderful experience and a nice escape from the busy Chicago area. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Cabin was just as pictured and described. Peaceful and private location.

It was exactly what we were looking for. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and we all had a great time. Everything was as described. There’s a lot of restaurants, shops and a casino within 15 minutes of the house.

The place was great. It had everything we needed and wanted. It's very peaceful. I would definitely go back. The host gave us an opportunity for an early check in and a late checkout. He was very responsive.

We had a relaxing Labor day weekend get away. We used the kayaks and paddle boat to check out the river. Did some fishing and caught some fish. Waking up to the the beautiful backyard view every morning.

This was our second wintertime visit to this AirBnB. The place is cozy, peaceful, clean. A great place to stay and we will definitely hope to be back.

We were looking for a place to take the kids for an ice fishing trip, the lake did not disappoint! Greg was very helpful giving us info on ice conditions, weather, fun things to do with kids, and local places to try! He was super flexible on check in, which helped our young family. The place was very clean! The view from the windows felt like we were in the tree house. We hope to come back!!! THANK YOU!

Extremely satisfied with our weekend stay at the house. From the start of Shane and I’s conversation to the checkout of our stay. Shane was super communicative and addressed any questions I had. The house had plenty of parking space and many amenities to make for a fun filled stay or even a cozy get away stay. The house was clean and definitely had that cozy feel to it that made you want to stay a little longer. Shane gave great recommendations for nearby food, and stuff you may like. Just on the outskirts of town for some peace and quiet but still only a couple minutes to any needs you may have. Access to trails right from the house which made it a big plus! Would recommend and will stay again in the future!

The home was clean and comfortable for our family. It was a peaceful setting and exactly as described. The host left plenty of towels and games for us to play. We enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t venture out so can’t really speak to the area amenities except that there were lakes, rolling hills, woods around us. A very peaceful neck of the woods. And the house was perfect for 3 couples. Would also be great if you had kids. Lots of dining space, large kitchen with lots of counter space, great for staying in and cooking, playing games, relaxing in front of the fireplace. We hope to return in summer months.

Wonderful place for the family to stay while we visited grandma. Got to see deer and turkeys while sitting in the living room which was lovely. Very responsive host and description of the place and instructions were super clear. Planning to stay here again sometime!
