Leo always attentive at all times and helpful no matter the time. I went there for work and every doubt that was always attended to it without major problem and with a lot of patience. From the beginning, attentive in case we were missing something and instantly.

Great, big house in the perfect location to visit the Cañon. We felt super comfortable, especially the fish pond is a highlight. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and what you should know is that all rooms can only be reached via the courtyard. For parents of smaller kids who want to sleep at night with open doors, maybe not quite ideal.

I loved it, it has everything you need and plenty of room to go with friends, you feel at home.

Faby was very kind since we did not give with the location, she guided us to the house and was always on the lookout, everything was tidy and the beds were comfortable, I recommend it.

Nice place and quiet area. The only downside is the street is rocky because it’s not paved which can be difficult for low cars; besides that everything else is fine. Stores, restaurants and hospitals are at close range. Francisco was very responsive and helpful whenever assistance was needed.

The stay was excellent, just as described in the publication, they were always very helpful and kind to us.

This is a great value, spacious apartment, just a few blocks from the main square - I loved its kitsch/retro style and convenient location. Fast response to comms and the best was the wonderful team of people in the downstairs store who ensured we were always stocked with drinking water (provided) and patiently answered all our questions about the festival, places to eat and even called us a taxi - many thanks guys!

The house in excellent condition, very comfortable, it was exactly as seen in the photos, very good space with everything you need.

We had a wonderful time at Servin’s apartment. The rooms were large and clean, and beds comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms in the apartment, and AC in each room we stayed in. Drinking water was provided for the entire stay, and Servin was very responsive with any questions we had. At the end of the trip he sat with some of our group for two hours and helped them plan the rest of their stay in Chiapas, which we really appreciated! Thank you for your kindness, Servin, we hope to meet again!

The apartment with a wonderful view, and the host Gustavo always attentive, would come back.

It is a quite quiet apartment in the evenings, it has parking which is wonderful since there is now a parking meter in some areas. It is quite central to the central park and marimba park. The bed is comfortable only the pillows are a little low, outside of that the clean and tidy apartment.
