Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

VLES cottage in the middle of the forest

Here you will be surrounded only by beautiful nature. Chalet VLES, located far from civilization, offers the perfect escape from everyday hustle and bustle. Get ready for an experience where the only neighbors will be trees, birds and the murmur of a stream. Indulge in fresh air, pure spring water and the opportunity to plant your own tree as a memory of an unforgettable stay. For nature lovers, we also offer the possibility of picking forest fruits. Experience an adventure that will remain in your heart forever. We look forward to seeing you!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Beautifully decorated modern apartment in the heart of Kvilda - Šumava National Park just few steps from Ski Slope ( 100 meters ) and all major bike trails. Enjoy magnificent views of a nearby nature and national park. Apartment features free highspeed WIFI , fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and fridge , fully equipped bathroom. Sleeps up to 3 people + baby and offers separate bedroom above the living room ( reachable on stairs ) and foldable sofa in the living room.

Čeká vás minimalistický, ale promyšlený interiér a soukromé wellness v podobě vířivky a sauny (sauna není zahrnuta v ceně). Domeček je pro všechny, kdo milují klid, přírodu a chtějí si dopřát víc, než jen přespání. Je to zážitek, kde zpomalíte, načerpáte energii a odvezete si domů vzpomínky, na které se nezapomíná.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Apartment ESME Kvilda, dum Maxmilian

New modern 2+kk apartment with terrace and garden fully equipped for 4 people. Kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combined oven, toaster, kettle. Bedroom with a double bed. Living room with a library, sofa bed and TV. Shower area with toilet. Large cellar space for storing bicycles, skis. Ski storage. Parking space. Right in the center of Kvilda, across the road 2 small ski slopes, extensive cross-country trails and bike trails. Beautiful nature of the Sumava National Park.

Apartment 17 Zadov for active guests

Apartment in the heart of Šumava in the village of Zadov / Stachy. Fully equipped for three adults (or 2 adults and two children). Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling in beautiful nature. Pleasant sitting on your own balcony with a view of the valley. Restaurants nearby. Own cellar for storing skis, bicycles. Access to common areas (bike room, ski room). Free parking in the allocated space in front of the building entrance. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.
