Staying in our caravan is an adventure, healing refreshment and a holiday with an amazing sunset. The caravan is on a fenced property in the Brdy Protected Landscape Area. It is located in the undeveloped part of the village, near our house, there are pastures all around, so no sprayed fields. A herd of cows and sheep in the pastures and a beautiful view of the Šumava mountains in front of you. Drinking water available. Firewood is included. This caravan is our wooden heart, which we have reconstructed ourselves. It's just a different, amazing view of the world.

Three houses - View

The Lookout House with a panoramic window and spacious terrace resembles a boat hovering over the landscape. The smell of wood, a sofa and a fireplace with a comfortable kitchen form a well-tuned whole. It can comfortably accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Golfspieler erhalten im Golfpark Oberzwieselau Greenfeeermässigung Eingerichtet vom Architekturbüro bauconcept, in klaren Strukturen und hochwertigen Materialien. Grosser Park der ehem. Gärtnerei Schloss Oberzwieselau zur freien Nutzung. Nachhaltigkeit: Strom aus eigenem Wasserkraftwerk, Trinkwasser aus eigener Quelle, Hackschnitzelheizung mit Holz aus eigenem Forst.

If you are looking for a refuge, a place for mental rest or for concentrated creative activity, the cottage is here for you. The garden is available for moments of well-being, sitting by the fire and watching the night sky. It will also provide you with fresh herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, the smell of grass and flowers.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Zimní únik na farmě Romantické ubytování na samotě v přírodě, jen pár minut od městečka Rožmberk nad Vltavou. Mini domek je v blízkosti malého rodinného statku, k němuž patří také malá včelí farma. Po domluvě je možná prohlídka včelí farmy a zakoupení místního medu, který je regionálním produktem. Okolí je ideální pro houbaření, cyklistiku, turistiku. Město Rožmberk nad Vltavou je jen 2,5 km daleko. Zde je možné navštívit hrad Rožmberk nebo si v letních měsících splout řeku Vltavu.

Yary yurt

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

LIPAA home & free parking

Vítám Vás v tomto prostorném a klidném ubytování. Domeček se nachází v zahradě plné květin, stromů, jahodníků, hortenzií, motýlů a zpěvného ptactva. Sdílet s námi budete zahradu. Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer.
