Our magnificent grounds offer plenty of space on the outskirts. Many interesting excursions smaller lakes, swimming pools. In the evening just sit by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry sky without much residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the party and seminar house barn next door.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. Welcome to the heart of Schorndorf, This spacious loft impresses with its open design and high-quality furnishings. The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

For further excursions, there are swimming lakes, museums, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
