Absolutely positive note for the host and his family, who are committed to offering us all their help for any need or questions about the best activities to do in the area. The house itself fully respected what its description here on the platform presented, not at all taken for granted according to my past experiences. The village where the property is located is very quiet, ideal as a base to rest after doing physical activities in the surroundings like us (trekking, snow sports, evening explorations of nearby towns like Scanno). Overall, we were very satisfied with the entire experience, so we feel we can recommend it with full marks 🙂

Really impeccable apartment. Very well stocked and beautifully maintained. Equipped with everything and very clean. Gabriele and his wife are two very kind and wonderful people for their availability and attention. We loved our stay in Civitella Roveto. The place is very cute, with a wonderful view, and has everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, really wonderful people. The town is in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, with easy access to larger cities nearby and Rome, and has many shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

The accommodation at Noemi and Alessandro's was simply great. Everything corresponds to the photos and description, it is clear that the apartment is maintained with love and care. The arrival instructions were detailed and accurate, so we easily found and accommodated ourselves. Thank you Noemi for your kindness to my above-standard breast regarding sleeping. we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

It's like visiting your grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped me with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was not a problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

I had already been in this house a few years back and had a great time. Also in this case, both check-in and checkout were very easy and Giovanni came against me for the times. The house is very spacious and tidy and, for what I could need during the 3 days of stay, I found everything I needed. The location is also very convenient: close to the village center (reachable in 5 minutes on foot) but still secluded. If there's a chance, I think I'll be back.

It was an extremely pleasant stay. Atessa is a gem and the apartment is centrally located but sheltered, and is soundproofed from the lively Piazza Garibaldi next door. The supermarket is a stone's throw away and for us who came to visit relatives, getting around was very convenient. Anna Pia welcomed us with great care and kindness, making us feel at home. The recently renovated apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished, it has all the comforts combined with the memory of its ancient structure. Particularly appreciated are the shutters that offer complete darkness at night, the independent heating/air conditioning that was valuable to ensure a comfortable environment for my elderly father; the towel warmers in the bathroom and the terrace that is a gem overlooking the church of San Rocco and the square. We have found the perfect base for our next trips to Atessa.

Beautiful and very clean chalet in the very quiet village of Roccacinquemiglia. An oasis for the mind and soul. Waking up to the chirping of birds and immersed in nature is priceless. Convenient location to get anywhere in a few minutes by car. Alessandro is very available and ready to meet every request. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Everything is perfect!

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and precautions, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it is a good place to "escape".
