Holiday rentals with lake access in Sullivan County

This place was exactly what our family needed. Secluded and serene. The house does need updating but was clean and homey.

I really don’t think the description gives this location, It’s due credit. First, the host was very responsive and was very welcoming and helpful. Secondly, the house was absolutely beautiful with lots of space for a family. The outside had everything you need to stay in the house, but if you didn’t, please refer to the book as all the referred locations were a hit no matter the age . As well as the recommendation for food. If you are looking for a peaceful family environment with friendly neighbors, and lots of water activities this house is for you. I really believe this is one of the best place we stayed at thus far with so many things for families. Thank you to Mr. David The host who was beyond helpful, from beginning to end and did not hesitate to communicate and respond a reasonable time.

Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the fact there was a garage to park the car and the balcony to sit and look at the lake. Very close to the lake. Perfect in every way.

I had a great time at Keegans place, it was very cozy with a beautiful view. I was very comfortable and everything was decorated so nicely. I really enjoyed using the kitchen, it had everything I needed and was beautiful. Highly recommend staying with Keegan!

We all just love staying at the Rockgirt. Hope to continue for many years to come.

-Beautiful, Good,Clean house. Although The weather was cloudy & rainy, I still feel I’m at my second home Angelo is such a superhost. I’m a landlord myself so I recognize automatically a good one . Angelo place gave me that sense of peace & serenity ! We definitely coming back to -unwind, distressed !

While the listing for this property checked all the boxes, it really exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will ever need, there were an abundance of blankets, throws, towels, washcloths, and toiletries! Our party of eight had plenty of room throughout the house and especially the great room. The beds were very comfortable, too. The property is spectacular, with a shaded deck with tables, chairs, and fire pit in the lawn area overlooking two pristine ponds with Adirondack chairs around the fire pit with an endless supply of wood. And lastly, Tim & April were the most friendly hosts we’ve ever experienced. We can’t say enough good things about the property and Tim & April! We’ll definitely be returning!

The views from the front porch alone were worth the trip and stay! Having coffee in the morning with the breathtaking landscape brought such joy and peace to my soul. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to get away, without being too far from lots of things to do, this is a great stay. Ada was SO friendly and made our stay so welcoming. We had such a great weekend!

Stephanie was such a great host, our stay so exceeded our expectations. She has thought of so many things guests might need, from toiletries, to s’mores and wet shoes! The apartment is clean and bright and well appointed with a beautiful kitchen a stunning outdoor area, and everything you need. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, a late night fire pit cooked dinner, and relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. Stephanie sent us messages every morning of things to do in the area that matched the weather and was very accommodating with check out time to allow us to finally enjoy some sunshine. Despite the disappointing weather, we had the best time, and have already booked another stay! Thank you, Stephanie!

Michael & Sarah’s place is fantastic! Right on the lake with every amenity you could want (French press, dishwasher, home theatre, BBQ, and fire pit to name a few) The place was comfortable and clean, in an extremely tranquil location, perfect for coffee or wine looking out over the lake from the porch or dock. This home had all of the little touches that make for an extremely comfortable stay (like wood and fire starters at the fire pit). Michael and Sarah are very warm, friendly and welcoming - we would recommend this place to anyone we know visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay in the rental. This was the first trip that my wife and I were taking with our baby to visit family and it was nice to come back to the comfortable rental at the end of the day with the baby. We had a great time and would certainly be interested to rent here again.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Front porch provided great views, just wish there was access to the lake, but no fault of the apartment. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We were VERY PLEASED with the accommodations! It was very clean and met our needs. The host was responsive to texts and any questions that we had. We stayed two days over Thanksgiving 2024 and the kitchen met our cooking needs! We would absolutely stay here again!

Exactly as described. Impeccably clean and well thought out from kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication. Beautiful view of lake from kitchen/dining/living room. Private dock space and parking. Top 5 location we have stayed/rented across entire US from cleanliness and comfort. Would absolutely recommend and stay again in the future.

Really beautiful home. We loved the pool table and hot tub! Kayaks on the lake were so fun. Would def come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so peaceful and relaxing and Angie was wonderful! I forgot a few toiletries but they were provided which was really great. We were surprised to see fresh flowers and a beautiful welcome basket when we walked in. The hot tub in the evening with a view of the river is so lovely! We’re already taking about coming back. We love this place so much we got engaged here! We have been there three times and plan to come back many more. Check in with Marty is always so smooth and he is such a nice guy! He took some engagement photos for us too! This place is incredible! If you want an amazing little getaway that’s incredibly peaceful, this is the go to place!

Such a relaxing spot. The cabins are so cozy and the fall colors were amazing this year on the pond. We came last year and liked it so much we returned again.

Our stay was perfect. The house felt SO clean when we arrived. The views were breathtaking. I sat in the gazebo almost every morning with coffee to watch the sunrise. The photos on the website don't do the house justice. The living/dining/kitchen areas are all open and the layout flows very well. It's incredibly cozy but the high ceilings give it an extra special feel. The landscaping around the house gives you tons of privacy even with the windows and shades open. Highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay near ricketts glen!! Cabin was the perfect size and it exceeded our expectations
