This residence has minimal furnishings & is used as a holiday stay. The garden grows fresh red grapes, figs & almonds. The front patio has a 3-seater swing & in the early morning and early evening cows are seen being herded into their village. The city now has 24/7 electricity from the main grid but a backup generator is installed in the neighbour’s backyard. Gas cylinder needs to be bought beforehand in order to use gas stove. Spacious & quiet surroundings with easy & safe access to main road.

Very nice and quite location. Close distance to Dukan Lake(100m). Supermarkets just in front of the apartment. This apartment is located on the 1. Floor. Suitable for a couple and few children. All rooms air conditioned and beautiful view on the balcony towards the water. Beautiful sunset behind the mountains. Directly on the main road between Sulaymaniyah/Rania road. Another apartment also available with 4 single beds and suitable for around 6 people(need to sleep on the floor).

A nice apartment in a calm area, just 5 min. from Chavyland amusement park, near the wonderful tuimail street. We live here, when we are in vacation from Europe to our hometown.
