The A-Frame on Blueberry Hill can comfortably sleep 8 guests. You will love the huge deck & the large hot tub. The property sits on 5 acres made up of rolling hills & 2 small ponds. In addition to the king & queen bedrooms, there is an upstairs loft area with a queen bed adjacent to the bathroom, as well as a recently renovated full basement with a set of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a large sectional sofa and TV. This is a perfect spot for kids or teens!

The loft is separate from our house, privacy assured. Enjoy our friendly chickens, walk in our gardens. 12 minutes from Boone. 15 minutes to ASU. Cozy, modern. Fast Internet. Pet free space. Adults only +(infants under 7 mo. Stocked kitchen. If you cook, we ask you to clean up too, and leave the kitchen as you found it. Views of Snake mountain, famous for hang gliding. Remodeled in 2023, Helen's House is conveniently located in the Valle Crucis area, just minutes from Boone, Banner Elk, and Appalachian State University. Nearby attractions include ski resorts, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and countless outdoor adventures. We designed Helen's to be family friendly and in the hopes of providing everything you will need for a cozy and enjoyable stay in the North Carolina mountains.

This lovely weekender or longer-term getaway retreat is +- 750 square feet of cozy comfortable space. It is a very nicely appointed rustic cabin of modern studio design. It has everything you need for that affordable vacation away from it all and is nestled on a prominent site among 15 surrounding acres of lush forest. Build a fire in the wood burning fireplace or outside in the firepit. Grill outside, sit and listen to the birds.
