Holiday rentals with beach access in Suffolk County

Shawn's place was conveniently located for us. We were looking for something with on-site free parking, close to the airport and easy city access. This unit checked all the boxes. Well equipped with plenty of linens and extra pillows, blankets and towels if you needed. There was a great coffee/tea selection complete with all sugar varieties and little coffee creamers. There were snacks on hand and also an array of welcome beverages (nice touch). Just around the corner is a small Italian bakery with delicious pastries, sandwiches, salads and coffees. Next door to that shop is a small Spanish bodega that offers a few necessary provisions (we bought items to make BLT's) like milk and sandwich bread. Thankfully it was not hot so we didn't have to use the AC, therefore I can't speak to this but there were fans in each bedroom. Overall, I would recommend, and I would stay again. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home is incredibly comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set u. It's perfect for families. There are plenty of games for the kids, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable. Jon was an exceptional host; he was kind, helpful, and accommodating. He even had milk waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Beautiful place! Would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well and replied back with any question I had within the hour. He recommended spot hero for parking that was so easy and worked out really well. We used uber to get into the city, was around 10-minute trip. Not bad at all! Will stay here again when coming to Boston!

What a wonderful apartment! Meri and Jeff have gone out of their way to immaculately maintain a very cozy and gorgeous space for guests! The location is perfect to explore the neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed the long walks by the beach, which is so close by. We will certainly come back again!

I booked Olga's place for my mom and sister during their visit, and they had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment they arrived, everything was smooth. Check in and parking was very easy and convenient. The space was cozy and welcoming, with thoughtful little touches like extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors that made them feel cared for. They also loved spending time on the balcony which was a great spot to relax and enjoy the breeze. Another highlight was how close it was to the beach and a 7/11 that’s a block away. They had a lovely stay and I’m really glad I chose this place for them!

Loved our location and Lissette was a wonderful host. Really appreciated that we had somewhere to park, and the interior was beautifully decorated. All of the instructions were easy to follow. It took about 20 minutes to get into Boston by car. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! It's very close to Boston, and other area attractions like Salem and beaches, but still peaceful. We enjoyed sitting at the pool. Kathy was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided clear instructions for getting into the space and I had no issues navigating in and out of the neighborhood or to the basement apartment. I would definitely stay again if I'm needing a place in the area!

Loved our stay. Perfect for our extended family and way more reasonable than Boston hotels during graduation season. Spot on descriptions. Shelby was very responsive. Kind enough to offer access to pantry (e.g. sugar, honey, tea etc) and the garage parking is a HUGE bonus for Southie.

Great property! Everything looks just as advertised and was extremely clean and welcoming. The location was also great - 5 min walk to the train station and very easy to get around. Fully exceeded all of our expectations!

Great option for us during graduation weekend in Boston. Great location for any type of transportation. Quiet street. Very easy to access. The description was exactly as shown. Luciana’s place was IMMACULATE! Everything was pristine. Make sure to double check street cleaning signs (Luciana does tell you to be aware…sometimes husbands don’t read all the way through 😉😳) Highly recommend!

Carmen was a wonderful host! The location is perfect to walk everywhere to get a bite to eat or get needed items. Ferry not far away if you want to take it back and forth to Boston. The place was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful harbor town home. It was clean, spacious, had beautiful views and all the basic amenities you'd hope to have when you're away from home. Jerry was friendly, helpful, and very responsive when we reached out to him. I would absolutely stay here again!

I wanted to take my mom to the Boston area and settled on just south of Boston I was lucky to come across Asha’s Airbnb listing. We had the most wonderful relaxing enjoyable stay far better than any hotel in the area . The house is exactly as stated super well appointed. Asha thought of everything to make guests comfortable and we truly enjoyed three days of beautiful sunny weather… So much so that we did not even set foot in Boston. Asha, thank you for a five star stay and we will definitely be returning maybe even this summer

This was an awesome place for my daughter, her family and I to spend time sightseeing Boston while also letting the kids (and ourselves) relax with some beach time. Access to the Boston sights was easy with our rental car, though I think we could have done it well using the “T” which is a 10 minute walk. The house is giant, and the bedrooms on the upper level allowed the grandpa (me) to go to sleep at a reasonable hour while the kids hung on the lower level. The kitchen has all we needed to cook, though there are restaurants a short walk or a drive. One thing that I loved was that the place was spotless clean and NONE of the little things like loose knobs or broken shades. Oh, and a giant washer/dryer made cleaning up after the beach easy. I consider this the best of the AirBnB homes I’ve visited.

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Stayed at Andrew's place in Boston for 3 nights to attend a Sox game and a couple nights of concerts. No parking at the house but Andrew was perfect in describing where I can park a short 2 blocks away. It's about 2-3 miles from anything you'd want to do in the city....Fenway Park, the Aquarium and waterfront etc....easy 10 minute drive (city traffic). The place had everything you'd need, was clean as a whistle and Andrew was super quick to respond with anything I asked, whether it was about parking, nearby places to eat, etc....he really was right on top of everything. I don't really go to Boston for much but if I find myself there again I'll definitely be looking at Andrew's place as my first choice!

Great spot for attending a convention - 20 minute walk. Neighborhood has groceries, banks, restaurants and a drug store. Host was very responsive and the place was super clean with everything we needed.

Had a lovely stay in the cute town of Winthrop. The house was an old, but very newly renovate with all the quaintness you find in a well cared for historic home. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location and there were so many nice ammenities that other places I’ve stayed did not have. The little extras like the laundry detergent, the Keurig and pods, a bottle of wine All meant so much. I was with my son and daughter in law and two granddaughters, and everybody felt immediately at home. Will definitely return.

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out.
