Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sudbury District

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia's place while visiting family in Sudbury. It was large, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. Alicia was very responsive when when we had a small issue with the light bulb burning out. The location is close to downtown, and the parking was ample. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in for meals. The beds were comfortable and the linens were pristine. Note that there is an open door to the basement right by the first bedroom/entry door, just in case you have little ones running around, but our kids avoided it and we had no issues. We'd stay here again in the future!

Quiet, comfortable, modern furnishings, beautiful backyard, close to the beach & walking trails, spacious kitchen. Highly recommend for personal or business travelers!

Great place, very clean and has everything you need. Couches and bed were comfortable and in a great location! This is our second time staying here. Also, Adam is great and very responsive to needs. Would recommend to others.

I loved the personal check in. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the University but felt quite secluded, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and enjoying the surroundings:)

Space has many things you need for a stay. There was coffee, creamer, sugar, bottled water, chips. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, kettle, air fryer, dishes, and cutlery for use. Is a large bathroom, bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows and blankets to choose from.

Francine, is an excellent communicator and very proactive. Instructions to enter each door were very clear. The space met our needs very well over our stay and was very close to the function we attended. Overall a clean and accessible space.

very nice place for staying

Tyra ’s upstairs apartment was exactly what we needed - it was spotless with great kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and a good shower. Tyra supplied bathroom essentials like shampoo and conditioner and there were condiments and oil in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with a drink after a day sightseeing. The apartment is about a 15 minute drive from the cinema, shops and restaurants on The Kingsway. The only negative is having no walkable restaurants close by but that was a minor inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

My in laws stayed at her Airbnb and loved it. They said that the place was clean and cute. Alicia allowed us to visit there and I could see why they loved the place. She was very responsive and friendly. When they had problem locking the door, she changed the lock's battery as soon as she could. They said they would love to book her place again 😀 Highly recommended !!!

this cozy place was perfect for me and my partner. the host was very easy to communicate with and was very nice! this place is in a very beautiful, quiet, calm neighbourhood. would definitely come back again!

Rene and Sandra were great hosts. They accommodated us very well with lots of parking for our trucks and trailers and access to the lake for fishing. They went above and beyond on our check out date which helped us out greatly. They always responded very quickly and check in was a breeze. Beautiful views as well. Would recommend to anybody.

Whenever we come to Hanmer, we always stay with Anne. Her properties are always spotless and have just what you need. We're so grateful this is available now!

My wife and I make at least two trips to Sudbury each year. This time, we decided to take our two grandchild and their father along. The space suited us very well. Each child had their own bedroom. It was very thoughtful of Brenda to leave a little gift for each of the children.

We were two retired couples who rented the apartment for 3 nights. Very pleased. Walk-able location in Little Current, on the main street. Great views of waterway, bridge, and sunrise from the comfortable balcony. The apartment was as shown in pictures and as described. Chris was very helpful. Instructions for parking, entrance, and use were clear. With central location and over businesses, over night noise could be an issue. Sound generators were provided in the bedrooms. Beds and linens/blankets were comfortable as were living room furnishings. Loft bedroom wasn't used, note that ceiling height is limited beyond the centre of the room, as in the pictures. Bathroom very nicely renovated, hot water and towels great. Kitchen was well equipped for utensils and pots and pans. Bring you own condiments, spices, and tea/coffee for the kettle and basket coffee maker provided. Note that access stairs are steep and internet was slow. TV not 4K and sometimes had to wait to spool the feed.
