Cottage holiday rentals in Suchitepéquez Department

The place was very nice, everything clean well put together, the kitchen came with alot of household items, coffee, cooking oil, plates , everything you would need.The view of the lake was beautiful, the outside little patio was a nice hangout spot for a coffee and to relax. Diego was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Responded quickly and had answers right away, provided us with transportation from the dock to the house and as our own little private tour guide around the lake. Very satisfied with the stay, do recommend to book with Diego and Oasis, definitely would come stay again! Thanks again Diego and Oasis for everything. Ask for Chema if your looking for some quick transportation around the area, very friendly, knows his way around.

Very clean, lots of amenities and access to the lake is the best within that particular Pueblo. Restaurant on premise made it super easy to get food, staff is all extremely nice

A magical place, nice view, gardens in perfect condition and beautiful, access to private beach to the lake where we could swim, Vilma and Arnoldo super attentive and very helpful, excellent service and a very large and beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy. Thank you

We loved our stay at Gonna’s cute cottage. It was quaint, well located, and loved the shared facilities on the edge of Lago Atitlan. Gonna was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating, and we appreciated her transparency and generosity with check in / check out times.

I felt at home, a beautiful place to walk and appreciate nature, it is worth visiting, the house and the surroundings are super nice.

Very nice place, well kept, attention to all details, everything we needed was there, pans, pots, cutlery, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, soap, iron, etc baths where spotless, house inside/outside well maintained and kept, gardens,walkways, is a beautiful property, the walk to the pier is nice and relaxing, they provided us with Kayaks and life vest. Cesar was very helpfully. I would recommend this pkace 100%

Stunning property with an even better view. Ample space, felt so private, but still easily walkable to Santiago and tons of transport options. Nobody wanted to leave the house while we were there though because it was so nice. The private dock was a great swim and relax spot, and a couple kayaks too. Kitchen has all the basics for a big group, although no food at all and had to buy extra drinking water too. More than one key would have been helpful. But it was amazing, a beautiful place that was so perfect for us and I’d love to be able to go again. Happy new year

Antonio’ place was beautiful ! No to far from the main city literally like 5/10 min in Tuktuk. The place is a little hidden but was not hard to find . House was clean, and it had all the basic amenities. It had lots of greenery and waking up in the mornings to the birds chirping and a beautiful sight of the volcanos around was def cherry on the top. Overall my family really enjoyed their stay there . Thank you Antonio ! I definitely recommend this place !

Very nice place, the photos don't do it justice... we had a good time as a family, the service was good, the facilities well cared for, clean, quiet and you enjoy nature... Pd. it's worth paying for the pool heating

Everything was great. The place is safe and quiet, the view is beautiful and everyone was very kind.

Location, location, location! I wish I could have stayed longer. The Casita was perfect in every way, from the breathtaking views, the fully stocked kitchen, and the private gardens. It's a lovely place. Armando made checking in easy. I could go on and on! I'm already making plans to return in the near future.

A nice stay and the access to the lake is a plus, the host Arleth is very attentive and helpful!
