Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Subang Jaya

I recently stayed in this Airbnb in Kuala Lumpur and it truly set the gold standard for what a stay should be. From the very start, Wan Ting was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that I had all the information I needed. Wan Ting also provided some fantastic restaurant recommendations around the area. The apartment itself was centrally located and linked to a mall, making it so convenient for shopping, dining, and everything in between. The apartment was Exceptionally well-maintained , spotless, and very comfortable. I felt right at home! In fact, I was so impressed that I decided to extend my stay for a couple more weeks . I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again without hesitation. It’s everything you could hope for in an Airbnb – comfort, convenience, and an amazing host. A gold standard experience all around!

I stayed here for 2 nights, we are a family of 6, kids included. The place was tastefully decorated yet kid friendly. Floor mattress was available, so convenient for my active toddler! Very good firm beds, better than hotel next door, restful sleep for the adults. Small kitchen but well equipped. Host even provided swimming floats and noodles( in case you forget to bring yours). All my family needs were met. Truly... my type of Queen's Suite.

Premises clean, clear instructions helped to check-in easily, nice location with facilities described, places to see around, food around the locations. Had a very good stay and peaceful sleep. Surely will book in future and I recommend this place.

The unit was nice and well decorated. Had every amenity I needed for a long stay, including hair dryer, washer/dryer combo machine, water filter, and a king sized bed. The condo also has a huge swimming pool. Right when you walk outside, there is a small fruit market that has great produce. There is a 24 hour Indian/Thai restaurant that I really enjoyed. This place is only 10 minute walk to the famous night market, or to china town, or to the pavilion mall. Really enjoyed my stay, will probably stay in Nathan’s unit again if I come back to KL.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable week. Jia Wei and team including Afirah and Joshua was an exceptional host – their communication was prompt and friendly. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk to Pavilion and many key attractions. We highly recommend Jia Wei place and would definitely stay here again.

There is a door with decorative holes on 3rd floor leading to outside. Guest can cover it themselves. The tv-projector thing doesn’t really work. Other than that the house is spacious, clean and very comfortable for big group 👍🏽🌟

The place was incredibly cozy and instantly felt like home. Check-in and check-out were super easy and hassle-free, which made the whole stay even more convenient. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly and kindly. The house was well-maintained — my family and I absolutely loved our time here. The only thing I wished for was a few more power plugs for charging our devices, but everything else was wonderful. It really made our trip extra enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back again if we get the chance!

We have upgraded our stay to a villa due to sudden inconvenience in the neighborhood. Pros; Very responsive and helpful host, big and spacious unit, good air-conditioner in every room, very good water pressure & heater, great entertainment (karaoke, pool, swimming pool, massage chair), free hassle check- in/out as visitor, sufficient toiletries and kitchen tools, mindful gesture from the host - a tub of ice cream :) Cons; Quite heaty living room during the day because of the high glass sliding doors but there was a large fan to overcome, high staircases (be very cautious with the kids & old people),

This villa is the best among all! Me and my friends had a superb staycation here, and we love it so much. Would repeat some days later :) Recommended! Got pool, got games, kitchen utensils all are complete to host makan makan session also. Bedrooms are spacious enough with each of them got bath tub.

Our team’s hangout at 4Balance Homestay hit the sweet spot between chill and fun. The roomy living area fit our little speeches and games without feeling cramped, and we loved drifting between the cinema, pool table, and board games. Bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms spotless, and extras like extra blankets and plenty of outlets made winding down easy. The hosts were super approachable as it always always a quick text away for more chairs, snack tips, or directions Indeed, we could focus on hanging out, not logistics, create sweet memories and have a great bonding there.

It’s a great place to have a gathering - kids had lots to do and elderly revisited their childhood

Ruben's place is located in a serene location of Kuala Lumpur near to Jalan Ampang. The condo complex is located within embassy zone and therefore very quite and peaceful. the condo had stunning views of Down Town Kuala Lumpur with Merdeka 118, KL Tower and TRX Exchange all clearly visible with stunning surrounding during day and night. This is one of the largest condos with 3 bed and attached bath and 1 common wash room. getting 4 washrooms in a condo in KL is indeed luxury. The open kitchen is very convenient. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer which was very useful. The condo has 2 car parking conveniently located in the covered car park. We rented a SUV and we could park it very conveniently and easily. Ruben was very responsive and reachable whenever we wanted to reach out. He is an excellent host. His condo is indeed a hidden gem in one of the finest cities of the world ie Kuala Lumpur. We shall certainly be back again when we visit KL next time. It deserves a 5* and I rated 5*.

we had a truly memorable stay here with my husband! We especially enjoyed the private cinema and the jacuzzi. we had accidentally misplaced some of our belongings, and the host went out of their way to help us find them. thank you so much, Am and Kak Titin.
