Silvia's Place is located in the heart of Cagliari, in the San Benedetto area. One bedroom for two guests with private bathroom and the other for two more guests with his own bathroom, make this place ideal for 2+2 people, and the spacious living room and the wide terrace make up for an incredible stay. Close to the local market and shops, my place is perfect to blend in with the locals, but provide you with an oasis in the sky to regenerate from everyday life, while enjoying Cagliari at 360º.

Comfortable apartment, super-equipped for those who want to live near the city, in a quiet and well-served area and easily reach the roads to the sea. It consists of a living room with cabinets and TV with a panoramic veranda where you can eat, equipped with a mosquito net. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, on the fourth floor with an elevator. It has a double bedroom and in the attic a double sofa bed with a small bedroom, two beds. Two bathrooms on both floors, three verandas.

Just minutes from the city center, it offers quick access to Sardinia’s beautiful beaches, ensuring both practicality and tranquility. Ideal for those looking for comfort and a cozy atmosphere with everything they need, it is easily accessible from the port and airport. The large private garden provides relaxation, privacy, and a safe space for pets.

Romantic Studio Villa Celeste Sardinia

Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
