The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Anschließend befindet sich Schlaf-und Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. TV, Wlan,sowie Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Der Parkplatz befindet direkt am Haus.

Built in 1920, the outdoor cottage was totally renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a disused farm located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. On the ground floor, a bread oven is set in a beautiful vaulted room.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not yet rented) In addition, a 15 KW piece wood heater is located on the ground floor.
