The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beatas place. The property is located in a great spot, on a quiet street and close to shopping centres and local attractions. The property is very inviting and homely. Beata was super helpful and timely in her responses, making check in, check out and general enquires a breeze. Home away from home. This house had every thing we needed and more. Our family loved the house and the pool. The kids corner inside and outside kept our kids entertained which was so relaxing for us. We loved visiting the green tree frog and fishes every morning. We have recommended this house to family and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin. Thanks Sean & Cate

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Great studio apartment with a view of the ocean just across the road. Beautifully renovated with good quality items and a little balcony. Private, secure parking. Cafe across the road makes great coffee to take down to the gorgeous Nightcliff beach just minutes away. Nightcliff pool is next to the cafe Welll maintained bike paths connect to the inner suburbs and CBD through shady parks along the coast line.. Close to buses. During the dry season, the foreshore opposite comes alive in the evening with pop up food vans from all different cultures. What a treat!

Erin's place was in the heart of the city and walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The apartment had a lovely view of the harbour and came with access to a car park, pool and gym. Clean and well kept, this was a great place to stay and base ourselves out of in Darwin

We had a wonderful 10 day stay. The room was centrally located and it was great to have parking onsite included. Having a kitchenette meant we could prep simple meals if we didn’t feel like eating out. The washer/dryer were convenient for our longer stay.

Darcy and Dana's place was great. A really comfortable end to our Aussie Road Trip. Absolutely loved the outdoor deck area with the sofas. Spacious living area, plenty of fans and aircon for those of us from cooler climate - comfortable beds too! Excellent wifi; couldn't fault the place or the hosts. If you find yourself in Darwin, stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean apartment. The space is tidy and comfortable, that made me feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the ocean and close to some of the best spots in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Great apartment in a fabulous location. Close to Darwin CBD. Apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool was refreshing after a day's sightseeing. Beach towels were supplied too. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay again when in Darwin.

David's place was a perfect base for our long weekend in Darwin. Loved the bread, milk etc on arrival; lovely clean sheets and towels; aircon, fans, laundry facilities. It all made for a lovely, comfy stay. We could walk into town easily, and down to the waterfront. David was fantastic with communication and flexible with check out times etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

My stay at Lauren's home was thoroughly enjoyable. An excellent location that is a short walk to shops, cafe, restaurants and the beautiful Fannie Bay waterfront. I'm already hoping this beautiful home is available for my next visit to Darwin.

We had a fantastic stay at this Darwin CBD apartment! The location is perfect — just a stone’s throw away from fishing wharfs and jetties, and within easy driving distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet street, giving us peaceful, restful nights. One of our favourite features was the spacious balcony with a lovely sea view and refreshing breeze — we found ourselves spending a lot of time there, especially in the mornings. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen and generous cooking space made it easy for us to prepare our own breakfasts and dinners. Parking was also hassle-free with convenient car park access. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our Darwin trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Ben is a great host. My son had a nose bleed a couple nights and while I tried my best to wash out the stains, I communicated the issue and he was very understanding. I replaced the linen - Ben was very professional in the matter - took photos of everything affected and laid out the price. The location is great, close to everything! We enjoyed the markets whilst on a medical trip from remote community. He’s got some Tupperware for the kids and some camp chairs if you need them- with two bathrooms! And a coffee pod machine. We are grateful for Ben, his understanding and thoughtfulness.

Cassandra's place was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. It was spacious and had everything with needed. Cassandra was also very helpful and responded right away if we had questions. She gave really clear instructions on how to get in which is so important when you're travelling. You just want it to be easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to all the restaurants and downtown area.
