Lake cabin in Stryn

Handsome cabin at the shore of the lake. The cabin has a cozy patio for sunny days, late summer evenings and good memories! The main floor consists of a toilet, kitchenette, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The basement consists of bathroom with shower and sauna. As well as basement living room with bar and TV. The loft consists of a bedroom. Note: here it is low under the roof. 30 minutes to Stryn town centre and 30 minutes to Nordfjordeid town centre. The last stretch is the narrow road down to the fjord. A parking space for a small/medium-sized car.

Jølet- Elvedrømmen

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

The cabin is located in a high and open position on a farm 270 metres above sea level. Here you have a view in all directions. Towards Hoven Restaurant/Loen Skylift, Loen, Olden, the fjord and the surrounding mountains. Right outside the cabin, you have many hiking opportunities. Among other things, you can walk to Rakssetra and continue to the Hoven/Loen skylift mountain. Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Cozy apartment for two people with beautiful fjord views rented for a minimum of 2 days. The apartment is equipped with two beds of 90 x 200 that can be put together to double bed, outdoor furniture, stove with induction and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and various cutlery/other kitchen utensils (not dishwasher), internet, satellite channels, shower/toilet, floor heating throughout the apartment. The apartment is located in our apple orchard in rural surroundings.

From the apartment there is a short drive to the fjord, mountains, as well as many excursions. The apartment is brand new in July 2020.
