We have comfortable and modern apartments with a magnificent sea view on two Perast islands, at only 10 meters from the beach. The apartment is located in a small village Strp, near Risan, in the heart of the Bay of Kotor, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, protected by UNESCO since 1979. Newly built air-conditioned apartment (46m2), on the second floor of the building, overlooking the sea, has a bedroom with three beds, a living room with sofa, kitchen, bathroom, two balconies, satellite TV and wireless internet. Guests have access to garden in a Mediterranean ambience with furniture, barbecue and washing machine. Secured parking space is in front of the house.

Sea front old stone house with amazing sea views and so much space! Pretty unique location, one just need to grab a towel and take few steps to the sea. Hard to beat the views over the day or night scenery. House has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom plus additional bathroom with laundry equipment . Ground floor bedroom has access to the front patio of the house while bedroom 2 can have use of top deck terrace with BBQ. In the middle of the house is living room with kitchen and dining.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Opustite se sa porodicom ili prijateljima u ovom mirnom smeštaju. Uzivajte u prelijepom pogledu na bokokotorski zaliv u starome Risnu koji se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji u zalivu, sve znamenitosti zaliva su jako blizu a opet dovoljno daleko da isporbate sve skrivene plaze, koje su o ovom djelu zaliva definitivno najljepse. Kuca ima svoju bastu gdje mozete odmarati ili organizovati rucak pod maslinama. Takodje mozemo dodati da je parking mjesto obezbjedjeno u sklopu smjestaja.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was absolutely amazing—super clean, beautifully maintained, and had such a great vibe throughout. It was a perfect place to relax and feel at home. Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We had such a memorable stay at Andrija's apartment! The views from all of the windows and the patio were stunning. The apartment was light, airy and sparkling clean. We slept well in the comfortable beds. I'd highly recommend Gudco Apartments and an overnight (or two) in Perast.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.
