Holiday houses in Strovolos

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung ist originell eingerichtet, hat einen hohen Komfort und war sehr sauber. Man hat einen fantastischen rundum-Blick :-) Der KOntakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Ein defekter Rolladen und eine defekte Klospülung wurden innerhalb weniger Stunden und ohne Aufwand für uns repariert. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb des alten Stadtkerns, aber sehr zentral. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar!

We had a great few days in Nicosia at Michalis’ place. The flat was perfect with three kids. They immediately made a bee line for the toys and happily played. The apartment was in a great location and was very central, but quiet and easy to sleep at night. Michalis was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and proactive which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this listing!

My father and I visited for a sightseeing trip and chose this apartment based on its great reviews—it truly delivered. Ozi was incredibly helpful from the start, with clear check-in instructions and great communication in fluent English. The apartment was spotless, with fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, tea, etc.). The smart TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. Located perfectly between the old city and the modern part, everything was within walking distance, yet parking was available. Ozi checked in daily to ensure our comfort. A truly enjoyable and stress-free stay—highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

Great modern apartment with all the necessary amenities and equipment you need for a long stay. Internet is very fast. The communication with the host, Toufic was easy and smooth, he helped us with any question we had, 100% recommend.

Our stay at Elena’s could not have been better! The process was faultless - from start to finish. Elena was very communicative and helpful. We even ordered some groceries for our arrival. In gene Elena was so lovely and went above and beyond in every way, offering a flexible check in. The flat was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfy and the pillows too. The couch had snuggle blankets which was very cosy. The kitchen was well set up with everything you could possibly want or need. We used the washing machine and dryer and it worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was amazing! And the suburb of Strovolos is so peaceful and felt very safe. It was a short walk to the bakery and other shops etc which was good. Honestly I can’t recommend his place, and host enough! When I return to Nicosia in the future I was most definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Elena!!
