The area offers beautiful pine forests and miles of hiking trails. Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

Only a short walk down to the city center and the University of Southeast Norway at Drammen campus (about 15 min). There are good bus connections. The apartment is located in a quiet and nice residential area with great views and nice surroundings.

Beautiful and representative home! Very good parking facilities for up to 4 cars just outside the door, cobblestone courtyard. From the property there are fantastic views over "all" of Drammen. The house is located in a new residential area, where it is quiet and peaceful, and without annoying through traffic. The countryside with great hiking areas is in the immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

Forseggjort lite overnattingssted med sentrumsnær beliggenhet og utsikt over byen. Det er 1.2 km (ca 16 min) å gå fra/til Jernbanen. Det er 1.7 km (ca 23 min) å gå til USN. Bussholdeplass finnes rett nedenfor leiligheten. Der kjører to busslinjer som begge går til Drammen Sentrum. Det finnes flere matbutikker i gåavstand. Marka med turmuligheter, badeplass på sommeren og skiløyper på vinteren er ikke langt unna. Tog til Oslo kjører flere ganger i timen og tar ca 40 min til Oslo Sentralst.

Her er alt man ønsker seg av butikker, restauranter og utesteder i umiddelbar nærhet samt flotte turmuligheter. Leiligheten ligger i første etasje med en gratis parkeringsplass i bakgården. 60 m2; stue, kjøkken, to soverom m/dobbeltseng 150 cm, gang, entre, bad med vaskemaskin/tørketrommel og bod. Babyseng er tilgjengelig mot forespørsel. Elbil-lader tilgjengelig mot betaling, kr. 2,- pr. kwh.
