Langwell Bothy has two rooms with vestibule entrance where modest coffee/tea bar is set up. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and small refrigerator, including a sink, NO COOKER. Main bedroom has view over to Hoy island. The second room has a double bed/couch. (If 2 guests & need 2 beds, please message this) There is a shower room/toilet/sink (wet room) accessible only from the second room. The second room has two views over looking the main house garden and views towards Stromness.

Situated 3 miles from Kirkwall Town centre, with country walks from our doorstep, we offer the ideal spot to explore Orkney. We have free off road parking and an outdoor drying space. Please note: this property is accessed via stairs and no lifts etc are available.
