very well placed, bright, well decorated and well-equipped apartment. we had a great stay in Milazzo, many visits nearby, parking, on the street, no problem. We loved the visit to Milazzo Castle, many exhibitions and superb views.

I had the pleasure of spending three wonderful days with my partner and our two dogs in this beautiful location. The location is very strategic because you can easily reach both the center and the beach. The apartment is located in a house with a very well-kept garden. There are two entrances so you can get in and out without disturbing those in the main house. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, outdoor table and a comfortable area where you can relax in the evening and enjoy the peace that only that place can give. Our 4-legged friends also enjoyed the stay very much. I hope to be back soon, highly recommended!

The house exactly matches the description, very close to the sea and very clean. Everything is tidy and perfect! We needed a place that would allow us to relax without the need to move by any means to reach the sea and services (bars, pizzerias, markets, etc.) and we found it. Thank you Enrico

The location is spectacular and while a bit chaotic on Easter weekend it was nice to be in the center of lots of festive activities. Hiking trails nearby allowed us to get away. The terrace was our primary living space from coffees in the morning to glass of wine at night. Excellent restaurants nearby and grocery store on the walk to the apartment.

Such a gorgeous place to stay - the apartment is super modern and clean, with a lovely covered terrace for some shade as well as sun loungers outside in the sun and a nice view of the sea. We felt really at home, particularly thanks to the warm welcome we received and all the useful tips for the island. Definitely stay here.

A magnificent oasis of peace overlooking the sea and Stromboli. The house is beautiful, you would never go out to enjoy it as much as you can. It is equipped with every comfort, it is very clean and tidy. The location is also great, just a short walk to the main square of the island. Lastly, not least: I arrived on the island at dawn after an entire night of sailing and Renato, the landlord, was flexible on check-in time allowing me to check in earlier than expected. I really appreciated it because I needed to rest, and being in the house to watch the sunrise was one of the best experiences of my life. I will never forget it. Thanks! Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. The sunrise over the sea is visible from the bedroom as it faces eastward. Decent hikes around the island. Hosts were helpful in finding us a place to dine out on the island even during low season. Will be visiting again!

This a wonderful house. It is thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. The sea view from the orange and lemon grove is really beautiful. Some reviews have mentioned noise - not an issue, with the church bells being the main sound you hear! Caterina and Francesco were perfect hosts and made sure that our young family had a great stay.

Terrace with views to all the Aeolian Islands. Stunning sunsets at the foot of the volcano. A small village in which to disconnect from everything, relax and fully enjoy nature. Sea & Mountain. Wonderful!

The stylish house and the large garden are paradise. View perfect, you can see the Insfl Volcano, the sea and the stars at night. The sun shines directly into the bedroom in the morning. Good to think about whether to rent scooters or a small car. Walter helps with that. You can walk 1 hour from Lipari. The last about 300m to the house can only be made with very small cars (Fiat Panda) or scooters.

Comfort could be improved (double bed mattress, noisy and inefficient fans in the heatwave...) given the price, but the house is full of charm and the exceptional location (probably the best on the island). No exhausting stairs to climb and the opportunity to enjoy the deserted beach from dawn, out of bed, and to watch the sunrise from the sea

Francesco did a great Job. helped us getting to milazzo by recomending the Bus Services over train as the Trainstation ist on the outskirts of milazzo.

Everything was perfect during our stay in this traditional Eolian house. Couldn’t ask for better. Would love to come back. The host was very helpful with everything, he also organised our pick up from the harbour and shared with us useful contacts for activities, such as boat trips or scooter rentals.

perfect,next to the beach,with showers,very easy to park. At 200 meters, great bar with sweet and savory, and otherwise a 3-minute drive to Calderà square, Lidl 6 minutes by car. Recommended!

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, almost adjacent to the lake. Bars, supermarkets and restaurants are close to the property and easily accessible. Mr. Luigi is a very helpful person. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. We recommend the stay.

Our dream came true. Let meg start with Claudia and his husband who were delightful, always ready to answer us. We were arriving late night, they were waiting for us at the ferry. They offered us Mány program, restaurant and beach. The house was perfect for 2 people to enjoy holiday on this amazing little island. AC is working extra well, the outside kitchen.. anybody would like to have a same kitchen at home. You can meet with the neighbours cats, and the way to the house is covered fully ín flower. Claudia even came to say good bye to us. She immediately treated us well, we couldn't wish for better. We cannot be grateful enough, for meeting her, his husband and their little dog. We recommend this little treasure house to everybody, who would like to be in a peaceful accomodation and enjoy Lipari day and nightlife in 5 minutes walk.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bahita’s place! 🌞 From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by her and she made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly set the tone for our entire trip. The accommodation itself was stunning, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing every comfort needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breathtaking view.
