Nelly is a very hospitable hostess. She greeted us very warmly, explained and showed us everything. It was very easy to communicate in English. Our flight was rescheduled for a day earlier, and Nelly tried to help us find accommodation for that day even before our meeting. Upon arrival at the house, we were pleasantly surprised, since in reality the estate looks even better than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean, well-kept, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Absolute silence and privacy. The clean and large pool made us very happy on hot summer days. We were two families, 5 children and 4 adults, we were perfectly accommodated, and there were still free places. I am happy to recommend Nelly's accommodation.

Perfect place, perfect host! This was exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful retreat close enough to Sofia, yet surrounded by wild, untouched nature. The sound of the stream by the house and the remote, quiet setting were magical. We love good food, morning runs, and road trips – and this spot was ideal. Nearby restaurants and a local supermarket made everything convenient. The apartment is beautifully equipped: two kitchens, great coffee, a cozy shower, relaxing patio and garden. And Hadas? An exceptional host – always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to her we had amazing hikes, great food, and a perfectly planned trip. Highly recommended!

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! My family along with our two dogs, truly enjoyed every moment. The house is incredibly calm, offering a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The projector was a fantastic touch ❤️, and we loved using the barbecue in the serene surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. Share useful information about Snezhanka Cave, one of themostbeautiful places one can visit as well as thenearest and accessible shops. The house was extremely well heated. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was. As for the place itself – there are many hotels in the area

We were for a New Year welcome with a child of 2.5y everything was super, plenty of free space to play the kid, a patio to play in too. The location is very central and at the same time it feels like a park, the neighboring buildings are far away, the street is not busy. There is a playground just across the street and the central street is a 1 minute walk away. We would visit again.
