The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). Romslig og hjemmekoselig leilighet i et rolig nabolag sør for sentrum. Kjøretid fra Harstad/Narvik Evenes Flyplass er ca 40 min. Stangnes Fergekai er like i nærheten. Kjøpesenter (Amfi Kanebogen) og matbutikk (Kiwi) er i umiddelbar nærhet. Gratis parkering. Det starter en tursti til Gangsåstoppen 50 meter fra leiligheten. Denne 30 minutters turen anbefales alle. Der får man en fantastisk utsikt over byen og øyene rundt. Leiligheten er privat med egen inngang.

Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.
