The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Die Lage ist 500m vom Donauradweg und ca. 2 km vor Bogen im Stadtteil Furth, Einkaufszentrum 200m. Gaststätten und Biergärten im Umkreis.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Wir vermieten in unserem Haus eine 1,5-Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang. Das Frühstück kann optional dazugebucht werden. Standardmäßig können 2 Personen im 180er-Doppelbett schlafen. Außerdem gibt es ein Extrabett direkt daneben. Weiterhin gibt es die Möglichkeit, eine Zusatzmatratze auszulegen. So können maximal 4 Personen hier Platz finden.

Gemütliches AtelierHaus im Bayerischen Wald

Im Haus ist das Flair der 50er Jahren erhalten. Es ist idyllisch gelegen, umgeben von Grün und trotzdem mitten im Ort. Man kann wunderbar abschalten, mit flexibler Ausstattung für kreative Prozesse auch in kleinen Gruppen. Für die Gäste ist das 1. und 2. Stockwerk reserviert und übers Treppenhaus verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss habe ich meine Atelierräume.
