Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Straubing

it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

It was a perfect place for a couple to stay. The parking space, kitchen, sofa, shower facilities, washing machine, and dryer made everything very convenient. The location is ideal for visiting attractions around Munich. The host gave us kind and clear instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciated the capsule coffee they provided separately and the recommendation for a nice walking trail nearby. Highly recommended to other guests!

We enjoyed our short stay

The small apartment of Katharina and Max was ideal for our stopover on the return trip to Berlin. Max welcomed us very warmly and gave helpful tips for the evening. We had a very pleasant stay. For a short trip to Regensburg, we highly recommend the accommodation. A bakery, restaurant and grocery stores are within walking distance. The city center is also not too far away. The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

The place was super nice, we felt very comfortable. You can go hiking from there very nicely, the highlight was the sunset that you could see perfectly from the balcony in the evening. Can only recommend the apartment.

The apartment is quietly located, has a large parking space and I can easily find. There is an animal park and pub nearby as well as a small playground. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.

We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

We were passing through - it was perfect for us. Everything clean and tidy. The owner was immediately reachable in case of difficulties.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We (2 adults, 3 dogs) visited for the 2nd time and it was so nice again. This time we also stayed a little longer because we had already enjoyed our last stay. Check-in is uncomplicated, the house lovingly furnished, everything you need is available. Hikes are possible directly from home, which we also used daily this time. Hannah and Julian's place was simply awesome. So much attention to detail and so much passion put into the space. Amazing. Especially all the amenities were sensational. A huge Weber BBQ, PS5, huge TV, games to wake up and a super equipped kitchen! Thank you - it was really fun!

The host is very friendly and communicative. The room is reasonably structured. The decor is cozy. The surrounding area is quiet and empty. It is a very good living experience.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything is within walking distance, the car is in the parking garage, which is 1 minute away and for breakfast there is everything in the supermarket, which is on the ground floor. Therefore, we can only recommend the apartment and we will be happy to come back.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Super nice Airbnb. Furnished with a lot of love for detail. Communication with Richard was great, he responded within 5 minutes every time. Since we were there during the holiday season, the Airbnb was even decorated with Christmas decorations. Highly recommend!!!
