We offer a quaint farmhouse, born in 1834 in the Bavarian Forest, with everything you need for a great vacation. Can be booked from 5 people. We have lots of horses big & small and dogs. Great excursion destinations around the house. The house has 8 lovingly furnished bedrooms, 2x kitchen, large dining area, very large living room (seats for 20/25 people) DVD, 3x toilet, 3x bathroom with shower and 1x bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, wood stove, 22 km from the A9 (AS Hengersberg)

Cozy and traditional 200-years-old house

There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. The house has a big garden with vegetables and fruit like strawberries, raspberries, apples and pears.

Kas Alm am Grandsberg

In the absolutely idyllically located Kas Alm am Grandsberg, you can relax in peace with your whole family or friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. PLEASE NOTE: The access to Kas Alm runs via a forest path. With a lowered sports car, the path is not passable. The Kas Alm cannot be reached by car in snow. The Kas Alm can be reached on foot in about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot of the Grandsberger Hof.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Lovely furnished and with a high standard, the apartment with a spacious private terrace is located in a very quiet village. Wonderful place to relax, enjoy nature or just spend a night with family before a flight at the Munich airport.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
