The log house is new (2019) and is located in Geiranger city center with a large veranda and particularly good sun conditions. Here is a good ceiling height large window with spectacular views of fjords and mountains and easy access to the porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue. It is a quiet area with many hiking opportunities from the front door as well as walking distance to the city center. The house is fully furnished and has everything you need for a pleasant experience in Geiranger, - a perfect starting point for many sights and experiences with a location in the middle of nature.

Reinehytta, log cabin in Norddal

Inside the cabin there is a sofa group and a dining group, as well as a fireplace and kitchen in the common area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove, sink, coffee maker and kettle, and space to cook. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and washing machine. Outside there is a seating area on the balcony, and a bench and table outside by the parking lot. Unfortunately, we don't have a hot tub anymore. Nice swimming areas by the fjord and many hiking opportunities in the mountains. 1 km to grocery store, 30 mins. drive to Geiranger.

Great cabin in Sunnmørsalpane

Great cabin in Sunnmørsalpene. The cabin is located just a few hundred meters from the ski resort and short access to several kilometers of cross-country trails with lights for an evening trip. There are also many opportunities for top trips for all skill levels. There is also the possibility to rent a 16-foot leisure boat with 40hp. This is located in Sykkylven city centre (20 min drive from the cabin). Here there are life jackets and fishing equipment if you are interested. Rental must be pre-booked a good while before. Want to stay for a while between mountains, clean streams and rivers and pets, but without internet coverage, mobile coverage or electricity? Herdalssetra has traditional mountain farms in the middle of a beautiful landscape with exciting geology. The mountain farmers lived here in the summers when everyone cared for their own animals, now it can be your turn :) This is Norway's largest goat farm in operation, there are also horses, sheep and cows. Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).
