Waterfront holiday rentals in Strafford County

pros: It was a nice location - close to downtown and a park/river. Felt safe with 2 locked doors Amazing little touches, feminine products in the bathroom, spices, oil, coffee and tea, washing liquid etc and books a plenty. love this when I travel. Loads of streaming services great communications cons: Parking is a little tight at the back but adequate. The unit is a strange set up with the bathroom and bedroom upstairs - though the pictures clearly represent this, so it was not a surprise. Stairs are very steep so if you're not agile, this may be difficult. Overall a warm and comfortable stay

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is prime, walking distance to the transport station, restaurants and grocery stores. It’s equipped with everything one would need and Travis is very responsive and helpful.

Cozy spot for couples. Free wine bottle was a plus and it’s close to a lot of cool spots . Host was good with communication and responded quickly. Would definitely visit again :)

We stayed at Travis's place while in Dover visiting relatives. The apartment was centrally located and everywhere we wanted to visit was nearby. We were impressed with the cleanliness. And the beds were very comfortable. We are definitely keeping this apartment in mind for future visits to the area.

Perfect weekend stay with my family. The house is charming, spacious, and had everything our family needed to feel comfortable. Travis was a fantastic host- friendly, responsive, and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, and a very cute coffee shop right across the street that we loved visiting in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Worked out exactly as I hoped, we work very long hours, so being able to get back and get cleaned up and able to walk to restaurants was a pluss. He has no control over Mondays nothing close / walkable being open, but its not a far drive to find something. Looks like we’ll be back hopefully often

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. We'd totally come back here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Joel

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

This was an excellent stay! The house was beautifully situated on a peaceful lake, clean, and the location was perfect for relaxing weekend away. Plenty of space for seven adults. Wether it was roasting marshmallows by the fire or lounging in the hot tub, this house had something for everyone. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire stay. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone!

My family and I had a serene experience staying here. Although the weather was mostly rainy or cloudy, we loved the lake location and maximized the indoor, outdoor, and nearby activity options. The hosts were so responsive, regardless of the question, and made this a truly delightful visit. This was my parents’ first Airbnb experience and it set the bar higher than I could have imagined! My family and I are already talking about coming back!!

This house was absolutely fantastic, even better than we hoped! Everything was spotless and brand new, and it's in a beautiful peaceful spot on the lake. The hosts thought of everything from sound machines in the bedrooms, games for all ages, water toys, beach gear, and more! It made our stay easy and fun. We can't wait to come back!
