Yet the house have modern amenities like electrical heating, dishwasher, heated bathroom floor etc. The property has also three annexes which can be rented in addition. Rental includes a rowing boat and firewood for the big fire place in the living room.

Spissøy is situated between Bergen and Stavanger, or more locally; Stord and Bømlo. It can be both a pit stop on your west coast exploration, or your final destination!

It is a good distance to the nearest neighbor and if you are lucky you can see deer and eagles. People have lived in Sæterbø for several hundred years and there is a lot of history in the walls. There are also nice hiking opportunities

Centrally located in Leirvik. Short distance to most of what Stord has to offer. Beautiful views and good location. The home consists of a total of 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one room with single bed and one with a cot.
