Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

Here you have no neighbors and the hiking possibilities are many. Rondane National Park is only a couple of km away and Ringebu's highest mountain, Muen (1424moh), is right next door.

About 30 min walk or 5 min drive from Gaia with convenience store, sports shop, bike rental and restaurants. 5 min walk to local pub which is seasonal
