Free parking and beautiful back deck. Located in a duplex, you will have the top unit, my family friend lives on the bottom. I live a few streets over and am happy to give local recommendations! Since we have a high demand for parties of 2 the listing is priced for the one bedroom with pull out option. If you need or want the second bedroom opened up just book the unit as listed and message us to request the 2nd bedroom. We will send a request through the app for the additional fee of $50 per night
