This newly renovated 19th-century artisan townhouse is in the heart of Dublin's historic centre. It is a bright and stylish home situated on a quiet street in the city's antiques district. The house is within easy walking distance of Trinity College, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Guinness Storehouse as well as the theatres, museums, parks, and shopping districts of city centre. Public transport options are conveniently close by, making it easy to explore all Dublin has to offer.

Charming Stoneybatter cottage
Named the coolest place in Ireland by TimeOut, Stoneybatter has many great cafés, restaurants, pubs & shops, & is just a 20min walk from the city centre. This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.

WiFi, parking and all utilities included in the price and laundry facilities available. Phoenix park 8 min walk with Dublin Zoo and bike hire

USB connectors in sockets. Smart TV with Netflix. Nespresso Machine. Owner lives in another part of the building

City centre is within 30 mins by foot, and there are bus stops right out side of the studio. Luas stops is within 10 mins walk.
