Cabin holiday rentals in Stone County

This space is unlike any other place I have ever rented! I never want to leave. We rented both cabins. Both some cool and unique in their own way. It’s just absolute beautiful !! No wifi gets everyone off their phones and enjoying each other’s company! Board games provided was def a big hit! Most relaxing I have done in years! We will be back!Thanks for having us!

This was my second stay at Ropers campground and again I left feeling peaceful and recharged. I played down at the creek all day searching for rocks and exploring the swimming holes. I fell asleep on the bed on the porch to the sounds the waterfalls and critters in the creek! This place is so magical, clean and most importantly…. Secluded . Wade was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area, helpful and quick to respond to any and all questions. I will be back!

Beautiful place, our kids loved running outside with our dog and catching lighting bugs. There was some rain in the forecast but thankfully it stopped for a while for us to enjoy the amazing pool. Kids are already wanting to go back!

it was a wonderful relaxing stay

This was my third time staying at this house, and next time I’m in the area I would definitely rent it again! It’s comfortable, spacious and the views are great. Everything was clean and organized.

Peaceful Relaxation! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing few days. The home was clean and comfortable. The riverside backyard was very peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub two of the evenings we were there, and it was amazing after days of shopping and sightseeing. The host was very polite and offered lots of useful information. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, and the place was perfect- right on the White River with a great back porch. Good roads the whole way there and ample parking. It was clean and well decorated with many thoughtful touches to make us feel at home, we loved our stay! The first day we saw an eagle swoop down to catch a fish while we watched from the cabin back porch. Incredible! Thanks a million and we hope to come back and stay at your cabin again!

This property and host were excellent! The host was flexible and communicative. She prepared an excellent document that made the entire process super easy! The property itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of amenities. Everyone who came was comfortable and well rested. Would definitely go back!

From the moment we booked, our stay at John's place was a dream! John's was incredibly responsive and helpful with all of our pre-arrival questions. The cabin was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was perfect, secluded, peaceful, and the views were stunning. We loved the early check-in, the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy bed, beautiful decor, plenty of space, easy to follow instructions and stunning backyard river view. We can't wait to return! Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful experience.

We have stayed all over the Mountain View area. This was by far the best location. The cabin was built to last, not just some cabin built with Home Depot lumber with the tags still on. It snowed the 2nd day we arrived and the temps were down in the 2s and 3s, Courtney sent Carey and and Tanner over to deliver extra firewood for the wood burning stove, which kept the place so cozy we didn't even use the central heat and air. The stars were so bright and amazing, the creek, bubbling across the field was bathwater clear. We will definitely be returning this summer to float around in the creek and do some fishing. It was just what we needed to unplug and get away from the city. Best hosts we've had to date!

Wow! This place is wonderful!! We love a peaceful, relaxing and quiet place to stay with our family and our dogs and this place was perfect for that! The house is out in the country surrounded by the White river in the backyard and beautiful fields with trees and birds and all things nature in the front. It was a great place to walk the dogs! It rained most of our trip but didn’t bother us because the house is so comfortable! The back porch is wonderful for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. We used the nice grill for cooking. The beds were super comfy. The steps to the front porch are pretty steep so wouldn’t recommend it for folks with mobility issues. Other than that, we had no complaints. We would choose this home again and again!

Clean and beautiful cabin! Beautiful landscaping and surroundings (SO many butterflies) with lots of room. I loved having a mountain right out the front door while also being able to watch the cows, feed the horse down the road and hear the rooster in the morning. Super friendly neighbor and close to town. Super comfortable beds and linens! Would love a coffee table in the living room and a better recliner but great cabin overall and very roomy for 3 or more people. Will definitely be visiting mountain view again.

Fabulous house in a fabulous setting. The house was just as described, clean and well maintained. Sitting right on the White River the back deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax.

Beautiful place to stay at woth the family. We are definitely looking forward to booking this place again. It was very clean and I loved how comfortable the beds pillows wer. it's every spacious. 10/10!

Megan's place was overall amazing for the following reasons...Great location right on the river, close to Mountain View, really comfortable beds (slept better here than in my own bed...really!), really unique layout with the ability to separate the units if you choose too, interesting enough...the neighbors were all extremely friendly and very helpful with advice on what to do and see locally, and more importantly where the best fishing spots were! Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Megan's place if you're interested in a relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful environment! Thank you, Megan, for sharing your beautiful place! Lisa's Place was amazing very clean plenty of room and easy to get around loved it

Perfect family vacation! Allowed us to bring our senior dog and had a ramp to get inside making it easier for everyone. Beautiful view, peaceful, clean and comfy! Home away from home. Definitely recommend! The view of the white river was perfect off the back porch and being able to walk down to the water was nice even though the river was really high. Thank you for having us and giving us a safe place to make new memories.

My stay at the Cozy Blue Cabin was nothing short of exceptional. The cabin’s charming design and immaculate upkeep provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Calico Rock Retreat is a fantabulous place to chill while traveling. It’s comfortable, and peaceful listening to the creek meandering through the back yard. All the amenities you need along with some extra flare!! Don’t forget to step back in time a few years and check out the hidden gem under the dining room table! Couldn’t ask for a better host! Oliver is very accommodating and a great host!

It was great , exactly what I was hoping for. Close to town, affordable, very easy to get into. DoorDash delivers here as well.
