Newly built cabin in Vesterålen, north of Lofoten. The cabin has a fantastic location 50 meters from the sea, sheltered and idyllic! Right behind the cabin there are majestic mountains with nice hiking trails and fishing waters. Beautiful beach nearby and Gallery Uver/Cafe right next to it. The cabin is located on Hadseløya, halfway between Melbu and Stokmarknes. From Melbu there is a ferry to Lofoten. At Melbu it is recommended to visit the Norwegian Fishing Industry Museum in Neptune's herring oil factory. At Stokmarknes it is recommended to visit Hurtigrutemus

The view

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. The cabin is privately located with a lovely view of Eidsfjorden. Here you can enjoy the silence, see sea eagles up close and fish jumping right below the mountain. If you are lucky you can see porpoises (whales) and sperm whales, saithe and mackerel shoals. How about fishing your own dinner from the mountain or taking a fresh dip in the sea? The possibilities are many. Experience nature and amazing sunsets! The midnight sun gives you bright nights from about May 23 to around July 20.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. Welcome to our peaceful accommodation in the countryside with a balcony and beautiful views of the Lofoten mountains, the sea, the northern lights and the midnight sun. Own apartment on the 2nd floor in the garage with a balcony, bathroom, combined kitchen and living room with a double bed for two people, a sofa bed for two people and two extra guest beds. There is also a home cinema system. Short drive to Lofoten, moose safari, reindeer farm, whale watching and other nature experiences.

My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.

Holiday house (2015) for all year use next to the sea on the Hadsel island. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.
