Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. NO dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!

The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and suits those wanting to wind down by the fire pit in winter or on the back deck watching the sunset in summer - whilst enjoying the bounty of the Wine Country region. A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.

I'd consider long term furnished booking! Beyond the French doors in the living room is a view north overlooking the harbour. The morning sun on the balcony is amazing and you can sit and watch the boats come in and soak up the sun. The beach, King Edward park and Anzac walk, Cafe's and Restaurants galore are a short walk away in this historic part of Newcastle. Great places to walk to and explore! If you prefer to stay or the weather isn't great and videos and games to play.

Private semi detached cottage with 13 foot ceiling and polished floor boards which has been kept in its original state with minimal renovation. You have your own lounge/sitting area, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. It is one level with no steps and has 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed & the other Double bed and King Single. Newcastle airport is a 10 minute drive away and Newcastle city is only a 40 minute drive or a 5 minute ferry ride from the Stockton ferry terminal. A great way to avoid the drive into town, the ferry terminal is a short 20 minute drive from Medowie and Stockton beach is also a great place for beach activities.
