It's wheelchair accessible with 36-inch-wide hallways and doors plus supportive bars in bathroom to shower and assist for stool sitting. It is spacious enough to be inside with bench kitchen and coffee pot . Dogs ok $50 cleaning fee each additional dog is $25. Thier is access to state park trail from the back yard.I built it for my fellow Veteran brothers/sisters who may have some disabilities but still can enjoy it, so 15% off if you do rent. However, it can also be reserved by non-veterans.

The southern exposure enclosed front porch is the favorite gathering spot for most everyone that has stayed in the home. This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath property has potential for sleeping up to 8 guests.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Beautiful, beautiful cabin. Nested in the middle of the Porcupine Valley, this cabin is a place for you to find rest and relaxation. Sitting on the front porch and listening to the birds is probably the best part of the cabin. Attractive flower beds, large yard, spacious interior, pond, and creek. Back porch, front porch, and upper balcony. Great for a family getaway or a low-key long weekend away from the city.

We have two newly constructed (September 2025), 2 bed/1 bath cozy cabins that offer the ideal blend of comfort and modern rustic charm. Nestled in the scenic Driftless region, the cabins provide a tranquil retreat for couples, small families, or friends. The open concept living space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area or celebrating a wedding at one of the local venues.

Historic home with second floor private entrance

Second floor access only with private entrance. 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room. No kitchen. Clean and quaint. We operate a coffee shop on the lower floor of the house on seasonal weekends so expect light noise after 7am (shop opens at 8 am) but come down for a complimentary coffee or tea and a homemade scone Saturday and Sunday morning.
