The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Direct access to Klippinge Bypark with a playground, dog park, disc golf and outdoor exercise equipment. The apartment has 2 single beds or a double bed (as requested), with the option of an extra bed and a weekend bed for a child. Free parking. On the farm, there are hens (no roosters) and clinics offering massage, reflexology, KST, acupuncture and facial treatments.

There are good opportunities for swimming and surfing. You can play paddle tennis, rent bicycles and take the train to Køge. The beautiful hiking trail along the coast, “Trampestien” also starts in Rødvig.
