Come and relax with us! The apartment is located at the southern foot of the Little Carpathians, just a few minutes from local vineyards and vast forests with plenty of undisturbed hiking trails. We will be happy to arrange a wine tasting with one of the local winemakers or a guided walk through the vineyards, during which you can enjoy a glass of wine with a beautiful view. The apartment is located in the Modra-Kráľová district. The center of Modra is about 2.5 km away. There are restaurants and cafes nearby.

Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Ubytovanie v našom Mlyne v Modre je vhodné pre všetky vekové .Zbytky mlyna sú viditeľné len v galérii a pivničných priestoroch. Obytná časť dvojizbový byt(jedna izba je prechodná)s príslušenstvom bol čiastočne renovovaný,(kúrenie, okná, kúpeľňa) .Zachovali sa hrubé múry a stropné klenby. Dom má prirodzenú klimatizáciu. V lete príjemný chládok a v zime teplo. Mlyn sa nachádza blízko námestia (cca 2 min pešo), blízko sú obchody, kaviarničky, reštaurácie, autobusové spojenie s prípojom k vlaku

Indipendent apartment with a private garden, right in the heart of the wine village of Šenkvice. Located in a quiet location, it is facing the courtyard of the family house. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a large double bed and a sofa bed and a bathroom. Parking is available on site. Close proximity to the train station (5 min walk) with excellent connections to nearby towns (Bratislava, Trnava, Pezinok). Good local wines offer on site.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
