Good stay, beautiful area, friendly host

Very nice and clean place to stay. Totally nicely located and well equipped. We will be happy to come back. Giethoorn is very nice.

The location is just amazing. The house was clean and sufficient but the washroom could have been little bigger. Other than that everything was really good and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Alice's cottage has everything, really everything a person might need. When you step inside, you will immediately feel at home. This cottage has been lovingly decorated, you feel right away! It smells fresh, it's clean, cozy, cozy, it's coming home. When you enter, the cozy sitting area immediately stands out. A cozy dining area with lovely chairs and comfortable bench. The kitchen has quite everything you might need. Includes coffee, tea, salt and pepper for if you forgot. The bathroom is large and decorated with a washing machine (there was even a washing tablet in the drawer), nice vanity unit and even there it is nicely styled. Bedrooms perfect, beds sleep wonderfully and the children's room with bunk bed even gives the feeling that a child is walking into the room. Reading book, toys, nice light and even a night light. But our 18-year-old son was also able to sleep fine;-) Already looked during our stay if we could extend, so reluctantly go home. But we will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, a typical narrow Dutch house in a very good location. It was very comfortable. We were able to ride an excellent bike and explore the area - we also liked the city very much.

The house is comfortable, close to many beautiful places and Mirjam was responsive and nice.

Very quiet, beautiful area with lots of nature. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bed seems a bit outdated. Seating in front of the entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, located with cafe. Bathroom very modern. Very friendly welcome and uncomplicated. Glad to come back!

The lodge is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. It was very cosy and had everything you would need for a break away. The kitchen was well equipped. The lodge had a peaceful decor and lovely candles to help create the ambience. There is use of a private canoe which is a great bonus. The lodge is a bit of a walk from town but the loval village Dwarsgracht is stunning. There is a restaurant about 8 mins walk away. We would highly recommend this for a relaxing break away in nature with opportunities to explore the area by foot,bike or water.

The house was elegant and beautifully maintained. Annie and Jan were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to return in the future!

The apartment is located in beautiful nature and a perfect destination for a rest! The hosts are super nice and you can find everything very quickly. Everything necessary can be found in the accommodation and Dieter is always available for questions. A really beautiful environment and lovingly decorated little studio. Very cozy, we will be happy to come back and can only recommend it!

We stayed two nights in Ria's place and felt totally comfortable! When we arrived, Ria was right there to answer any last questions. The house is totally nicely decorated, no unnecessary stuff, super comfortable furniture, functional and beautiful kitchen. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back!

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

A lovely little apartment in the centre of the city.

Everything tiptop. Marcel and his wife help with everything, are very friendly and relaxed. We rented Marcel's electric boat and did a tour through the canals and lake. It was wonderful. Marcel gave us a good introduction. Thank you!

It was a super relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are lovingly and modernly furnished and you lack nothing. A special highlight were the super sweet little animals, which are on the Courtyard living. Exactly the perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life!

The stay with Klaas and Heleen was wonderful again. We love this place a lot, we've been here for the second time. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped. There are also bikes and boats and beautiful seating outside by the water. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. Just A GREAT stay.
