You have a private entrance through a backyard gate with a stone path to the front door. The entry is keypad coded. Once you enter, walk up the stairs to the flat and that space is all yours. There will also be a keypad entry to that door. It will be the same code as the entrance door.
You have full access to everything in the unit. It's all there just for you! :)

Located in a trendy neighborhood of young professionals and families in Charlotte’s North End, this quiet retreat is just a mile from vibrant Center City. Discover nearby venues like Camp North End, Spectrum Center, and Blumenthal Performing Arts.
There's public transportation just a block away. Uber/Lyft are always accessible. And I-77/I-85 are just a few blocks away so you have quick access to the entire town. Plus, Charlotte has been over run with bike sharing and electric scooter sharing companies. Mainly Lime and Bird. So if you want to get around that way, you're sure to find them nearby.
Our single family home is on the property as well with three young children, but your space is separate and private. We just ask that you please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum.

Unique back yard cottage apartment in Belmont with shiplap walls, wood floors, a 10x20 deck, kitchen with frig, dw, w/d; comfy & efficient. Situated between tall wood fence and cypress trees, it feels quiet and private. More suitable for 1 to 2 guests, but happy to accommodate 4 "good" :) friends (bathroom access is thru the bedroom). 10 min to airport, 15 min to Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, 5 min to downtown Belmont bars, restaurants and shops; walk to park and boat landing.

It’s close to a LOT of outdoor activities: swimming, boating, river rafting/kayaking, golfing, zip lining, biking, hiking, and walking. From studio, its only 15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement park, 25 minutes to Charlotte, NC or Airport. An easy drive to big city attractions. At days end, relax and enjoy dinner by the lake!
