The property has been newly furnished with air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a climate control system in the living room, Wi-Fi internet, SmartTV, as well as a full kitchen, with an additional coffee maker and Airfryer. The Palmeira Real condominium has individual parking, an elevator, a surveillance system and a swimming pool.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Accommodation in the center of Palmas, block in the back of Avenida JK. It is 400 meters from Araguaia Palace, pharmacy, good restaurants. I have set aside a part of the house for rent, with an entrance and outdoor area for common use. I live in the other part of the house. No parties, no smoking and no alcoholic beverages. Kitchen with basic items: Microwave, Ayr fryer, sandwiches and electric cooker. Drinking fountain, and we do not have a stove or refrigerator.
