Surrender to the charms of the unique landscapes of São Luiz do Purunã. This was our first home in this paradise. We lived in it for a few years to be convinced that we were building a bigger house. It has a unique view of an infinity pool and, in the background, a panoramic horizon of the Devonian Escarpments. Enjoy an incredible view and an imposing one-story house, located on the banks of the Chavantes dam, with a HEATED POOL available, UP TO 31°C, if requested, hydro jets, 3 large en-suites, with split air-conditioning, plus 1 optional support apartment, small with bathroom, split air-conditioning, located in the wing opposite the other rooms of the house. TV room with FIREPLACE, retractable sofa and air-conditioning. The master suite has a walk-in closet and a large bathroom.
